root rots set in,you might be able to save it with some bennies but that looks like a dying plant cause the roots are turning to mush

I just had the same issue with a few leaves. I flushed out the system and refilled and all was good in two days.
For me I believe it was a nute lockout issue caused by way to much insecticidal soap getting on my roots and in my water. I think the high ph and potassium fryed the roots good.
Within two days the plants were fine and the new white roots started growing like hot cakes.
