Regardless if your able to possess your harvest from a 25sqft grow room, a 25sqft grow isn't large enough for anyone to remain self-sufficient. No one can fit all their mothers, clones, teens and flowering plants in a 25sqft area. If you think you can, go for it....

yeah this is per person right.....My wife and Mother in law live with me so i would be able to have (3) 5x5 tents....Thats plenty for us for personal herb but others who want to grow legally commercially this definately wouldnt be enough space...would also like to know the penalties if you exceed the limits....We are all legal med patients anyways..just wanted to figure out if we werent what this BILL would do for us...Doesnt seem to bad for our personal situation...For others it may be a different story..~

and if your a collective...keep on trucken bro! grow for all your buds in your collective. it stays the same! guarantee the penalties will not be jail unless you grossly over grow you limits. which means you got caught cause you were selling it. or showing people, operating illegally. that just wouldnt be smart. same as right now.

yeah, this is what i wonder, can you grow collectivly under the Recreational Marijuana bill? Can i grow for my friends that dont live with me? why not? they cant set up at their houses and dont want to be without.
