kushpheen, if this law passes wont you be able to keep doing what your doin since your are protected under prop 215?...or will this change thingz for you?...Just trying to understand why your so against it....I could really care less if it passes or not tell you the truth....As long as it doesnt fuck with our med laws I aint really trippin...~ogr
Let me clarify the question for you, and this question is for you ogr not danko to chime in with more insults.
If this bill passes and you weren't protected by prop 215, would you abandon all your breeding projects and mothers to confine your grow room to 25sqft or would you attempt to obtain a commercial cultivation permit? If you were rejected for that license, what would you do then? Go back to being a med provider probably right? But what if all your patients and collective members choose to purchase mass produced cannabis and you no longer had any patients or members to provide for?
Absolutely, I will continue my work just as you. #1 I'm against this initiative for the simple reason that I believe cannabis should remain untaxed and free for everyone to possess and cultivate,#2 not for those who are lucky enough to obtain licenses or for those with medical recommendations.#3 I believe the limits placed in this bill are far too restrictive and vaguely worded which will allow LEO to continue arresting and fining cannabis users and cultivators. #4 I don't need nor do I desire the governments approval to tell me when, where and how I can grow plants.
It doesn't have to mess with the med laws to have a deeper effect on the medical marijuana economy. Growers who currently provide medicine for their collectives and dispensaries are the people this bill will directly affect. Your not one of them, therefore your indifferent to their concerns.
So you admit 5x5 isn't enough space for you to be able to breed and experiment in. Using everyone else's house you know or are related to in order to achieve the necessary space capable of accommodating your projects seems rather exhausting. Will you personally be traveling to each of their houses to maintain these plants or will you train and trust them to care for them?
So you have no plans of expanding your ogr brand and cultivating commercially should this bill pass?
well my brother and sister live across the street from eachother which is just down the block from me so it really wouldnt be too much of a hassle..you know you gotta do what you gotta due to support the family and if its a little more work for me then so be it...and no i dont have any plans on expanding or cultivating commercially should this bill pass....just gonna keep doin what i'm doing....
I have friends that grow commercially and vend to clubs and if this bill is gonna somehow affect them and hurt them in any way then i am defintely gonna vote no on it..i definately dont want to contribute to taking food away from any of them.....i'm just trying to understand what this bill is all about and how it will affect everyone...havent really talked to any of the homies about it really but i will soon to see how they feel about it.....like i said befoer this bill will benefit some and probably hurt others...i'm definately not into hurtin others though...~ogr
- the majority of cannabis consumers are unable to cultivate themselves because they lack the space, resources or knowledge to do so. They will continue to be consumers.
-those of us who have been dealing with our local governments for more than 2 months know how hard growers and patients have had to fight with local governments to set reasonable standards for possession and cultivation limits. Luckily the supreme decided these people don't have the authority to regulate these conditions. unfortunately if this bill passes, the same people who have fought to limit these amounts will be granted the privilege of regulating and controlling local cannabis commerce.
i, like many other people here, were growing long before prop 215 came into effect. I didn't just jump on the prop 215 bandwagon because i realized i could financially benefit from it, like so many others. My passion for cannabis cultivation wasn't created through prop 215 and would exist regardless of any of these laws.
