55 gallons,omg!i use that much in a month.you are not using distilled i guess.

No tap water , i have airstones in there to bubble it

Using 2 55 drums gallons a week sometimes less just depends on how hot it is

Yup 100-108 here just starting to coo off to 90's, there still drinking i think i skipped 2 days since june with no fliuds, temps were in the med-hi 80's

Electric and firewood to distill water? What are you trying to make it sterile for human consumption?
Throw a bit of vitamin c in the barrel.... fill barrel with tap... wait 24 hours... use

distilled water to me means no trace elements or salts to throw off the balance of the equation.thus any problems with soil or plant are easier to identify.plus no fighting city water issues.
