You can tell I grew in grow bags before huh

Those things will spoil you! I love growing in the fabric bags! My next change up is smaller containers throughout but not sure if they are going to be plastic or the fabric pots! I love Mikedin’s little one gallon grow bag. Just not sure if they would dry out too quickly!?

It might come down to that. I’m hoping if I leave it sealed the heat will store long enough, but if it doesn’t I will probably set up a corner. At least wrap something around the racks I have the lights on

Yeah dude, with my limited greenhouse experience that heat of the day will be gone within a half hour after the sun going down. Make your space a little smaller and use a heater at night. You got an awesome set up! Just need to make it work for you and thats the fun in figuring it out : )

I'm playing......kinda......autos and I, we have a beautiful relationship......I stay away from them, and they stay away from me......yet.....they are kinda fun......I just like the fact of saving genetics if I like it.....

Awesome job on the training!! Color coding the pipe cleaners........yeah......about that......I've tried to do that......it lasted a couple twists.....

day 20ish! little over a week from starting flower. I should probably stop fucking with them at that point right? lst wise?

I was out here last night and everyone looked so green, was worried I over fed with the gaia water. maybe it was just dark

Starting to question my thermometer. I’m in here in a sweater and joggers and am not pouring sweat.

Either way everyone is happy so far. Went by goodwill this morning for a little heater. weren’t open at 9 am. Some of us are trying to wake back and succeed goddamnit

Just this one I hope lmao I had started two on accident.

Well. I had another thread for when I was feeling ballsy enough to do photoperiods..outside..in the winter. Came off that pipe dream pretty quick though

I told my wife I wanted one and she looked at me like I was unwell lmao. The plants look happy now, so part of me wants to wait, but also doesn’t want it to get worse?

I have this like aluminum foil covered insulation, I wanna wrap it around to help retain heat but don’t wanna block sunlight. Maybe if I put it under the plants the light will reflect at night and warm it a bit?

Yeah that’s a tough one. Could you wrap the pot? That might help a little.

I thought of doing plastic wrap around the wracks. I’m just worried it would get too hot during the day? I feel like I’m only 10 or so degrees off from okay now, I went out at 11 and it was like 53. I’ll fuck with it.

Since I work graveyard I’m trying to find something that I can set and forget, don’t wanna have to ask my wife to check on it. Not that she won’t, she’s great, there’s just enough going on already ya know?

My current idea, tell me if it’s crazy, is to wrap the racks just sort of at/right above the level of the pots to maybe trap a little warmth. I’ll put undulation under it too and maybe that will reflect a little heat?

It’s definitely a fun project. It’s kind of exciting not knowing, gives me a world of possibilities. might end terribly, might learn something new, who knows

Yeah I think that’s probably the easiest, I just worry about the greenhouse inside of a greenhouse? Don’t want it to get too hot. I would probably leave the top open anyways.

Im off today; work thurs/fri then I’m off this weekend. I might whip something up just to keep them snug for the next couple nights, then when I’m home and I can monitor it I’ll try something a little more permanent.

I have six led lights in there, they aren’t super hot. But maybe with the reflective stuff it will raise the temps? we will see.

these are the lights; no they’re not a spider farmer or whatever but I will say as supplemental light for autos they’re doing pretty well. But, not that hot.

You know how you can focus sunlight with a magnifying glass to roast ants? I just need a big piece of glass for each plant..

Oh no man you’re totally fine! I didnt even take it that way : ) I refuse to fight on the internet! Lets meet up for that totally kidding! : ) there are a lot of great brands in the lighting department! And then you can start the argument that LED isn’t the best and oh boy it turns into a shit show! I like to do what I like and as the one and only Capt says all the time on here “there’s more than one way to skin a cat” which I love because thats how I roll. Don’t get me wrong there are gold standards on some shit but man you can do a lot so differently than others and achieve the same or at the least similar results.

DUDE! I get so sick of the taste of my own foot in my mouth! Hahahaha!
