hey guys here a little update again. Buds are getting bigger and more and more frost is building up.
I still have the problem with yellowing leaves. I think it is an overall deficency or everything a lttle bit.
Upping up the food again.

per 12l water, 600ml each every 2nd day
40ml Alfa Boost
34ml Canna Flores
34ml BioTabs.nl pk 5-8
Calmag 7ml


I hope this will give enough food to avoid more yellowing leaves.

yellowing is ongoing, still no sign of stop. I hope the extra food will kick in soon to stop/slow it down.
The buds look awesome. One Cashew Kush purples.

Nothing new on the yellowing leaves, they still sucking but it looks like it slows down.
I did check the trichomes with a microscope. I did see only a few golden on two plants, most is still milky as you can see. I still might to start flushing soon on some plants.
The purple one i mentioned last post was not the cashew kush, sorry, it is a screwdriver og.

No new yellowing, some old leaves still get sucked yellow but overall it stopped/slowed down.
Today i checked every plant with my microscope.
12 out of 20 will get only water from tomorrow on due to trichomes colouring golden more and more.
The rest will get food for 4-6 days more (first goldens appear).
on 22nd December it will be 60 days of flowering
3 of my strains say 55-x days so they should be ready to harvest "soon". I will post some thrichomes pics next week to ask for your guys opinion.

Hey guys, i got bad news. 3 plants showed clear mold. Never had mold before.
The headbud on all 3 plants were rotting from the inside to the outside. Only the headbuds, the other buds on the plant looking fine. What does this mean?
Is that a humidity issue ? Is the soil to wet? Not enough air flow in the tent?
I choppped off the three headbuds and threw them away. First i panicked and wanted to chop everything down. After manicuring some other/smaller buds and not seeing any signs i stopped it.

I checked most of the other plants but didnt see any signs.
I had to high humidity and the biggest bud(headbuds) on each plant couldnt transpire enough to get the inside of the fat bud dry, ergo it rotted from the inside to the outside. This is only my noob guess.
Any help on this issue is much appreciated. What would you guys do? Cut off all plants? Or keep going now that the rotten buds are gone?

That sux mate all that hard work bloody canna gods ain’t to kind sometimes if it was anywhere near ready I’d take it down but there is a lot more experienced on here that may say otherwise humidity swings late in flower are your enemy for sure

Hm, so you would chop them all down even if u didnt see any signs on the others. Man thats a hard decision to make.
They would be finished in 5-20 days anyways, depending on each individual plant. Lets see if someone else comes up with another advice.

Yea it’s budrot that stuff will spread man only my thoughts personally I wouldn’t wanna be smoking anything with mold on or in it but that’s just me

thats true i also dont want to smoke moldy weed. I was hoping that only this 3 plants are infected and as i said i checked the other buds of thit plants and they look and smell fine.
I was thinking, maybe that sativa phenos (2 of them), were not as mold resistant as the others, and since its only the main colas i also think it happened a week or two ago. Because it takes some time to come from the middle to the outside i guess or how long does it usually take to make this visible mold. One night? one week? or more?
Today i bended as many main colas as i could to take a view on the stems and i couldnt see any mold.
Still hope to get some more oppinions tbh, but thx for your

Do you use a par meter? I’m always wanting my plants perfectly under the light I feel the edges wouldn’t do as well but you got 20 plants packed in there. I just want intense light for my plants but looks like yours are raging even the corners. How long do you veg before flipping?

This plants were flipped into flowering after 34days if i remember right. You can see the plants before i flipped on page1.
Its the lights i use, it has very good parameters. If you click the OCL in first page you get to maufacturer site of the lights.
I dont have a par meter, i used my smartphone once to check but i heard the smartphone values aint really accurate.

Checked also with microscope for mold and trichomes. Only one plant showed several amber trichomes. No brown yet. Most are still milky and clear.
So i guess i need a few more days. Will keep checking on a daily basis.

Ya got some nice colours going on in that tent man I’ve found the first sign of budrot your sugar leafs will actually turn sideways then upside down something to look out for anyway mate

thx man. I did read a lot about bud rot last days and i did read that too. The first pic shows a suspect in the tent but i did check her, even with the microscope and couldnt see any sign of mold. The rest looks fine atm. I also skipped watering for one day. The sativas where i chopped the head off due to mold, wont get water for another 2 days or until the leaves hang thirsty. Humidity nonstop under 50% atm and the weather gods are on my side too. From -10 to nearly +10 in a few days, so there wont be cold ass nights anymore for the next days.

Lets see what this week brings. Fingers crossed ^^
