Update:
The "girls" are still alive. (end of 3rd week from seed)
The first set of leaves are dying, which i expected since the first two weeks they received nothing but RO water. So the only food they had was in the seed. The second & third set of leaves appear to be healthy. I lowered the total ppm in their rez down to 270, which is between 20-25% of full strength. The two larger plants did 350-400 with minimum damage, but i took the offered advice and lowered the ppm to give the little ones a better chance. The next couple of days will tell the story.
There does appear to be a problem developing in the two larger plants. (end of 5th week from seed)
Based on what i have read it is most likely Cal-Mag (other opinions are VERY welcome). I say that because the descriptions are spot on (pun intended). Since it takes about 3 weeks for that def to show up in the plant. Three weeks ago they were ending their two week stay in the 30% l nutrient ppm so that would include being short on cal-mag. I added 2ml per gallon to raise the total ppm to 930; which is just about full strength (1000-1100) during my first run.
