UPDATE: Harvest - 2nd Cut

It has been a week since i cut the tops off of the three plants and hung them up in the darkened cabinet to dry. Wet weight was just short of 1100 grams. As can be seen in the first photo the dry weight is 215 grams or 7.4 ounces of trimmed, ready to cure Auto Train Wreck. I packed it all in to a CVault along with (2) boost 62% RH @ 67 gram packets. They will remain vaulted until Christmas Eve

As stated in last weeks update, I cut the tops off of all three plants. This week i clipped the largest buds for a total 573 grams wet weight. They will now spend the next week in the dryer/grow cabinet.

I have much more room in the top of the flower cabinet now that i have made the large cuts. I should be able to let them go another week or two before finally taking them down. The suggested grow time was 8 weeks; this cut and the last were from growth that exceeded 12 weeks.

UPDATE: Harvest - 2nd Cut - Dried and ready for curing. Smoke date is New Years Eve

Harvest weight was 575 grams. Dried weight of 2nd cut is 144 grams

Third and last cut is coming this weekend. The girls have given up all they are gonna'. Time to chop and dry.
bottom two photos (not incl chart) are photos right after harvest. I will take photos of the dried & cured later and get them posted here to close out this grow.

Note taken: I will follow up with smoke reports. All are stored in individual CVaults and are dated. First cut will be two weeks old tomorrow. so standby! The Second cut will be opened next Sunday.

UPDATE: HARVEST-Final Cut

Top photo it the remaining crown of the full grown adult that produced the huge buds. I have no idea how much it weighs. Let's just say it is so heavy and wide it was the only thing i could put in the dryer cabinet.

Next series of photos are the remaining buds from the "girls on the left. No where near full grown due to overcrowding. 320 grams wet weight.

Whats left is drying in the bottom of the bathtub on a clean sheet. I will stir twice a day and keep the bathroom door closed. I am pretty sure this is going to cure out sub-par mainly because the RH in the house is only about 40%. However keeping the door closed and two showers a day (steam from same) should help. I will be trying hard tonight to find room in the cabinet for the buds though. It would be such a waste not to.

the last photo is whats left to cut-down and trim out. Most of this and the stuff in the tub will probably end up being processed by the "Source Turbo" to be purchased after the first of the year.

All said, this has been a successful grow. Especially for only my 2nd successful grow. I am going to chalk it up to beginners luck and LOTS of help from the Farm. This is as much your grow as it is mine.

Harvest Update: Top of Largest plant:

This topper produced 10.4 ounces of well dried mini-buds. It has been vaulted with a 65gr 62% RH Boost moisture control pack until Valentines Day.
