2x 24x 400W grow with mapito as medium

I don't see many posts showing mapito grows.

This is one room from 2 with 24x 400W. The two rooms run 12/12 with
cross ventilation. This reduces the heat and warms the room where the
lights are off.

Hi i am trying to use the mapito but i dont like flood and drain system because i dont have it set up yet like Spider mentioned in his post that he hand watered them and i am using House and Garden nutrients do you think i can start like thisd with hand watering and the nutrients that i have and did you get good results using mapito because it sounds to good to be true please answer my question i would br really thankfull
