3rd times the charm... hopefully

Starting week 2 since flip to 12/12. I've def got scrog going. Do I need to thin it out or let it ride? I'm going to water it again. She looks like she needs it and the soil is bone dry. The t4 will be here on Friday, very excited. You can defoliate...

You can defoliate down low, but don’t go crazy. Keep pushing those branches under the net. Let it stretch horizontally under the net. It will fill out.

Also, you can use things like soft ties, pipe cleaners and the like to hold those branches under the net.

3rd week since the flip to 12/12. The t-4 showed up yesterday. Hopefully get it installed today.
Checked the girl Saturday, I think the tops are getting light burned. I've dimmed the light as far as it will go. I can raised it prob another 2 inches.
More after I install the t4

Quite possibly light stress but what have you fed and how much and how recently ? To be honest I am surprised it has made it this far. Between under watering up until recently and all the temp & humidity swings that plant has been through a lot. Good you turned the light down and raised it. That will slow things down. Let us see it again Thursday when you get that t4 installed.

Use rh & temp triggers on auto mode. Set high temp to 79 degrees or so, low temp set to 0. For rh set high to 50% due to being in flower, low should be 0%. You can set minimum speed by switching from auto to off. I usually set my minimum at 3. Max speed of 10 is fine. You set that like minimum, but place the controller to on to set it. You follow all this? When done with the trigger settings, and minimum and max speeds set it back on auto. Setting alerts is similar. AC Infinity has great tech support if you get stuck.

This thing is cool. I still have to water her and the temp needs to go up a bunch. But this is what we have so far

Those settings will make the fan run constant. Set low temp to off. By doing that the fan will stay off until you hit 79 degrees. Same with the humidity trigger. Set the high to 50% while in flower and turn low to off. Those settings will kick the exhaust on at 79 degrees or 50%. Make sense? This will also help raise the temp. Right now you are probably exhausting all the heat out the light creates by having the low set at 32 degrees. Also consider setting the max fan speed to 10 unless it’s collapsing the tent walls to much from negative pressure.

Back to your leaf issue from 2 days ago. The plant is not transpiring at all with a vpd of .10 kPa. The root zone is too cold and the plant isn’t up taking the nutrients.

Yes she does look a bit better. You’ll like that 69 controller. Now you’ll be able to see what’s going on with her environment when you are away which seems a lot. Lol. Anyway, yes get the temp up. Keep us posted.

Don’t forget to set leaf offset in your settings if you have been measuring leaf temp. You set it under settings (spur wheel icon in upper right corner of your app screen shot). If leaf temp is 75 and ambient is 79 you set offset at -4 degrees. Pretty easy to set but it’s an important setting to not overlook if tracking vpd.

Turning the humidifier off will increase the vpd. You can try that but if it goes above 1.5 kPa you’ll want to turn it back on and adjust it. For your stage of the plants life cycle a target of 1.2 to 1.4 kPa is ideal.

4th week since flipping to 12/12. Still tucking branches under the net. Do I need to start thinning the canopy for air flow?

Hopefully she doesnt hermie. I haven't seen any balls yet, fingers crossed.

You shouldn’t need to defoliate the top of the canopy, below the net yes. She isn’t going to stretch out much more if any after four weeks. Let all those buds do their thing now.
