4th Week In No Hairs But Sticky (dwc)

Recently I've been having a root rot problem this is my first run in dwc and I'm wondering why there is no hairs popping out of them yet .. They are sticky and I have one small one with hairs the rest at looking rough an my pH is now dialed in between 5.5 -6.5 I also have good bacteria for my roots an fixed the root rot any ideas? The strain is deathstar

4th week of what light cycle there kushy? not familiar with the strain but most, unless an auto flower and it would of shown se around day 17 or so, won't show sex until lights are flipped to 12/12 to start the flowering cycle.. give us more info and can offer up more advice.. peace
