3 gal grow bags for coco. You really won't get any benefit from bigger and will use more water/nutes in bigger. Only possible plus is watering/feeding less often in bigger. No matter which you use, make sure they are on a rack or something above a drain pan or tray, not sitting in drain water.
Got that 5 gallon rack status!!!

I went from 7 gallon fabric to 2 gallon fabric (coco) and I am not seeing any hindrance in growth, or if any it would be only slight. I've had less problems this run but thats just experience and automating the water system. That's the big difference as far as I am concerned. If you manually water, then think about the 7g. I auto water so I don't forget, or get delayed and I'm totally comfortable so far with the 2g.
