As a temporary fix until you get a new sprayer or something else figured out, you could always use a tub or tote filled with the water/nutrient mix, then take them all and dunk them 2 at a time. That's how I watered all my hemp starts before I planted them in the ground. Just used a 40 gallon tote.

Might not be as easy using plastic cups but I saw they've got holes in the bottom, just put your fingers over the top so the soil doesn't spill out when you dunk

What about accidental tipping over of the cups when you trying to put it back in place.. I can't tell you how much times I loss seeding like this..

Yeah I've had that happen a lot, too. Having cats around this will inevitably happen, as well But usually when that happens I just carefully put them back in as best as I can, and they usually recover.
