The deciding factor for me is genetics. I picked the best females and bred to my (tested male) frozen pollen. Now I just flipped the new seedlings two weeks from sprout. I'll use the best new male to breed a clone of the aunt. The new seeds will be 3/4F x 1/4M. If the new females are no good, then I throw the new seeds to the chickens and start over. If the new females are awesome, then I still have hundreds of tested winner seeds. And hundres more 3/4F untested seeds. Its all fun and sometimes you get a winner.
