Yeah, that'll teach you not to share. LolThanks for letting us know. That's the first one I got also but the second email I got said it could be 3-4 weeks to process my request. I guess I'll just have to wait and see, maybe my thread attracted to much attention lol.
I’m sure they will just fill out a warranty ticket on their siteI have a Gen2 that failed oscillating after 3 months. I wonder if they will replace it…

I'm not complaining. I was thinking, however, that the new features would motivate me to run it from a controller. The problem is, I don't have any open ports on my controllers. So, now I'm thinking of getting one of their new 8-port controllers.it will happen just be patient ac infinity is a stand up company , i do not know of any other company to even make an offer like this
the way i see it it's free cant complain if it take a little longer to get it

If you're talking about the wind and oscillating modes only being able to be used with the Controller 69, according to the manual on their website the modes can be activated with the push buttons directly on the fan.I have mine running on controllers that were included with my exhaust fans.
