Have you updated the controller's firmware recently? There was a problem that was fixed in an update. I don't know if the problem you're having is the same one, though.I’m have one that disappears from the control and stalls out when plugged in. Runs perfect when not connected to the controller.

Yes, splitter dongle works unless you're trying to plug the right angle into it, then you need male/female adapter to make it straight. I have it connected to 69 pro but I don't see an option to run natural wind mode, only without using the 69 pro. You can use oscillate range with the 69 pro, you have to set it from the fan though.Anybody try it with the 69 pro, or one of the splitter dongles?
