Ok.. Think I got the pic upload figured out.. Only thing that would be nice is to be able and add pics in between text instead of just having a group of pics at the bottom of post..

These Fast Bud West Coast OG's, Fast Bud Blackberry, and West Coast OG's are about five weeks into flowering .. Eight weeks total including veg time.

No way to show which image attached is for which plant as can not place the image between text. If they come out in order, then the first pic is an overall view.

Second pic is the Dark Devils, third is the Fast Bud West Coast OG's, and lastly the West Coast Blackberry.

Crap.. They are not in the correct order.. I will label the pics before uploading next time.. That will help..

So pic labeled 003 is the Fast Bud West Coast OG's, the pic labeled 004 are the Dark Devils, and 002 is the West Coast Blackberry..

Is there any way to post pics in between text when I am creating a post ??

Hi; Just want to ask what is the best Root Stimulator. Store here in Canada wants $100 for a small bottle. wow. Is that what I have to pay. Do I need it??
Help as I have not been using it and plants are small. Is that what I have done wrong?

no that's not what you have done wrong. root stimulator helps but doesn't make or break a plant. so its either your environment or the genetics of the plant that have made your plants small.
$100 dollars a bottle is ridiculous! root stim should be no more than $20 for a 250ml bottle. pretty much any root stim will do the job I use bio bizz root juice but I used to use canna root stim and it done the job efficiently and cheaply

Now I have talked about the lifecycle of an auto lets get to how best to grow them

I wont bore you with the simple stuff like germination the only thing I will say on this subject is its best to start them in their final pot as autos don't like to be transplanted, or rather they don't like their roots disturbed.

So lets say you have germinated your seeds and they have broken ground.
The first thing to note is that Autos are very sensitive to nutrients compared to photo period plants. So lets go through the correct way to fertilise them.

Here is a feeding schedule for autos using bio bizz nutrients

View attachment 365805

As you can see for the first 3 weeks there is very little in the way of nutrients, this is because at this age they burn very easily.
The main thing in this time period is root stimulator, as there is a very short veg cycle this helps the roots to get a good foothold and increases the overall growth of the plant.

Once you start to introduce nutrients it is best to start with a quarter of the recommended dose and then slowly increase it to 1/2 - 2/3 of the recommended dosage.

hey there.
i know this is an older thread, but ive been looking around to see how other people use biobizz with autos. im really happy to have found ur thread.
however i have a question in regards to why you add mollases in some of the feedings.
being that BIO GROW is based on mollases, why do think its important to add any more?
thnks!

Ok, next group of autos are off and running. Eight out of eight sprouted yesterday under cfl's

For this grow, mixed 40% foxfarm, 30% coco, 30% perlite, and one tblsp per three gallon pot of bat guano.

Nutes I have on hand are the FoxFarm trio pack, then calmag, and also a root stimulator.

What I am unclear about is, which ones, when to start using, and how much. I think that both the cal mag and root stimulator are suppose to be added on a regular basis ( each watering ? ) . Then also will start in ( not sure when ? ) during veg with the Grow Big Liquid Plant Food ( 3-2-6 ) from the FoxFarm trio pack. So maybe will be starting off by mixing that along with the calmag, and the root stimulator ?

Any help with how to start off with the nutes. did not add anything except liquid bloom during flowering last grow. So all these nutrients are making me a bit nervous. Maybe don't even need some of them at all ??

Also, just to be sure. I have started the light cycle out at 18/6. Sound good ? I did not know and just learned that it is during the needed dark hours that the plants work at developing their roots.

Thinking the sprouts will stay under the domes for about a week ?

@geori hey my friend. Good luck on your new grow..
The root enzyme should be feed just during the veg phase, the cal-mg can hold off until atleast week 3-4 ,the soil should have what's needed for a bit.
Try a tea if you haven't,with your big bloom. Put a aquarium air stone in a buckets/water add air pump add your Big Bloom and let it run for at least 12hrs then feed.
Start using your grow big about week 3, that soil should have everything you need for at least three weeks.
Autos like alittle more .try 20/4 but 18/6 is still fine.

These just sprouted a couple days ago. Do I start in with this as soon as I start ( first soak ) watering, and do I use each and every time I water ?

So the idea is to let the air bubbles circulate the Big Bloom throughout the water before adding it to the soil ? Also, do I use every watering ?

Thank you str8

You can start Root stimulator with first water ,just don't over do it.

Next yes with the air and Big Bloom. You are using the air to oxygenate the water and microbes in the B.B to bring to life.
I would start B.B around third nodes of plants, actually any food . Third node should be week three or so of growth.
No use the B.B In between feedings of Grow big. You can use the B.B into flower also, upto the third to last weeks. Big Bloom is like a EWC feeding.it replenishes the microbes that die off from the synthetics that your feeding them.i.e. Fertilizer.
Hope that helps, if not keep asking and I will try not to ramble any more.
