@Droppinplates84 i was looking at those pics and Im leaning towards light stress instead of watering issue. See how the edges of the leaves are curled up a little. The leaves are taco shaped and the edges look like a serrated knife. That is a symtom of light stress plus the drooping and your lights being turned up a little high. I run my autos anywhere between 40-47 dli.

You were running pretty high dli and the leaves might be from light stress

I was wondering that same thing, but I checked with the meter I bought and the DLI was barely high....I kicked it dow a bit and we will see what happens...thanks for pointing that out

I think you are right, and I also think the meter I have is off some....its showing roughly 45 DLI at roughly 700ppfd.....I think ill kick it back down to 80% for a while and see if that perks them up a little...thanks man

Learn about dli if you dont know about it. Its the best measurement for setting your lights. Lower ppfd to 600ish. Watering seems good. You might try giving them just a little bit more of a dryback. Dont wait for the plant to tell you thats not great with autos

yeah I was nervous about waiting til there was stress coming from the plants, but I didnt know any better then and I didnt want to over water. Ive gotten it down pretty well now. I just need to dial everything else in now...LOL

Thanks man....I kicked my lights back to 80% and the ppfd went to roughly 600 and dli is at about 40

this doesnt seem like a big swing but it is. 1.2 now. 1.4-1.5 in a few weeks. If you dont have good control of it just do the best you can

700 and 45 are perfectly fine too. lets not keep making changes right now but if in 2-3 days the leaves are perky you could bump it up to 700ppfd as long as the leaves tell you she is happy.

Just since lastnight they seemed to have perked up a bit but its in middle of day also, I mean a couple of them look the same but so far that adjustment hasnt had any negative affects. Another thing I should mention is I have 2 osculating fans on level one.....one is top of canopy, and the other is underneath. There shouldnt be a bit of stagnant air in that tent at all....LOL

By the way the clips in the last pics are how I tied the colas a little bit to spread them apart for more light. I LST them when they were very young, but once they took off they went straight up and apparently I didnt spread them apart enough during LST

When you say "more of a dryback" do you mean let it dry out a little bit more before watering? Thanks

I should probably add also that I only water them just before the lights come on that was something that I read as well correct me if you have a better time for watering

You don't want to water a plant right before lights out because the medium is going to sit ectra wet in the dark, and youre making the root zone colder with a fully hydrated pot. Right before lights on, you're topping them off before a full day of intense light and a lot of photosynthesis work ahead of them. Plant's transpiration will go smoother and if you keep the schedule and everything in good range, you might actually be able to observe them "breathing" with the plants sagging before the lights go off and perking up before they come back on... The same way your dog comes to you at 6 am wagging it's tail ready to go for the morning walk, the plant knows and anticipates it's schedule, where it is predicting and not just reacting. They like routine!

Thanks I heard that too, you just confirmed. Hardest part for me to to keep myself from overthinking and acting on a panic impulse. Im alot better at it now that I know they prefer gradual changes. I have them on a stupid schedule that doesnt line up with mine, I didnt think it through before I started. I have the lights on for 18 hours starting at Midnight everyday, and lights off 2 hours after I get home from work(6 PM). So if I want them wattered at an ideal time, I have to get up at about 11:30 at night to do it, then back to bed LMFAO

Good evening fellow growers. This is my first grow and Ive been a bit late at every step trying to blindly follow youtube growers, and trying to learn from my mistakes at the same time. Ive spent so much money on all equipment I need to grow some great batches proving how committed I am to learning and growing for many years to come. My girls are in week 7 and a bit smelly so far in my grow tent in my basement. Ive messed up to the point I had to flush a couple weeks ago and now I am at this stage. I know average autoflower is roughly 10 weeks life cycle, but since Im about to enter week 8 Im concerned. I keep RH at roughly 45-48 and temps for daytime: 74-76 Degrees Night: 64-68 Degrees. I have a little bit of trichomes it looks like, but nothing like ive seen here. Im giving them foxfarm trio in worm casting tea, being careful not to take my PPMs past 600-700 (trying not to force a flush til end again). I keep PH at 6.2 - 6.4 everytime. I plan on a straight watering with spring water next time with no nutes at all as sometimes I get antsy and want to forcefeed them. Can you guys give me some tips judging by the pics I post and info Ive given? Also, judging by the pics and the fact its at 7 weeks, how much more time do I have for these girls to fatten up their buds before harvesting? First until you reach week 8 expect some form of transformation, never rush or become impatient with the Girls, from 6 to 8 they are ripening, some cultivars take 10-11 weeks like my Sleepy Joe. Trychome check in 3 different areas or more from 8 weeks on daily chasing whatever % your looking for. Good Luck and enjoy Growmie

I don't know if you're on a "Time of Use" electricity billing plan, but having the lights come on at midnight and off between 6pm to midnight should be putting your cost for electricity at its lowest point than any other light schedule: off-peak rates. If you want to water earlier, your electricity might cost an extra 30 cents a day for the couple hours of on peak use, but how much is quality sleep worth?
