Air Temps With Dwc

I am running multiple undercurrent and water chilled 8x4 tents under ... a lot ... of Vero29 Cobs. My water temps are consistently 65-70f but my air temps can reach 90f even with a huge duct fan pulling air out. For reasons I don't want to get into, I can't lower the heat in my otherwise very warm house. Ambient temps are like 80f. As long as my water temps are cool and the plants have adequate water, will I experience slowed growth?

Best to run co2 with those high temps. 86* would be tops in veg with out co2. 80 with co2. Have a fan blow across the tops and below the glass. That will help and leases a few *.

Is it possible to run c02 without a closed loop system?
