Alfalfa Tea

Need a little assistance with a recipe. And some basic info on how to make alfalfa tea. I've got a bail of it and need to know the next step in the breakdown. Thanks and Jai bless

I use a handful of alfalfa hay to about a half gallon of warm water. I let it steep for 30mins-1hr, then we're off.
