What up A? This post along with killer pics have caught my eye. So what does the "full spectrum recipe" for re-amending consist of?

Thanks

GP
Hey GP I'm not going to answer for A but i recycle my soilless also and just add Hygrozyme and bucket of cured out soilless to my Kiddie pool... Good to go. I'm sure there many ways to re-amend this is just mine..

I've been straight up sawzalling out my main root mass and popping in the new plants no reamnding, sometimes I don't even get hygrozyme in there for a week or 2 no issues at all. I had a scare once, I used some coco that had been chilling in the back yardfor a couple months and thought I had a root aphid infestation, turns out hey we're just blind spring tails harmless little buggers. I think I am gonna start doing a little top dressing for added organic goodness

this subject on reusing soil is very interesting..do you fellas rinse your soil and dry it out and then amend ???? how many time do you rinse ??? and is any one growing out the alien optimus .. thanks in advance...

Hey Keonaona ! I do not rinse... i only add tea to my soilless and feel rinsing is not necessary.. Maybe if i used ferts i would rinse.. I re-amend then let it sit for a week then i jump right in.. Again this is only what I do.. Not pushing my ways on anyone! LOL

In response to all the questions regarding the recycling of soil in the beds...

Here are the ingredients I add each time I turn over. I can't really give accurate quantities because it varies from run to run depending on what I'm doing strain-wise or if the soil needs a little fine tuning in certain areas.

INGREDIENTS:
Oyster Shell Calcium
Glacier Dust (Trace Minerals)
Earthworm Castings
Compost
Alfalfa Meal
Fossilized Seabird Guano
Langbeinite
Leonardite
Kelp

...might be a few other things but that's it off the top of my head. As you can see, that is mostly a simple base to start off strong and then be fed rather quickly via the liquid feeding regimen.
