You will see it seems to be more of a good color at first and progressive gets darker. I did not see the hydration process.How soon after the drying period are you considering not fresh any more? I have some that is just done drying and some that will be done in another few days. Press is hopefully another week out (have not ordered). So some of what I may press isn’t going to be “fresh”.
Did you see Jaydensjourney’s method of hydrating the herb before pressing?

It’s not perfect but that’s one benefit of a cold cure and high moisture flower. Far less stickyhow easy is to take small peaces.when i do it with regular i have to fight with it crazy sticky and stretchy

So glad I saw this thread. One of my NY resolutions is to try and makes some hash and rosin this year as I have so much spare flower.

hmmm. Taffy seems pretty close to what Im thinking of being whipped! I would put the stuff in the smaller glass jar and really put the dabbing tool to it! (Like stir it around really hard and fast) but all thats just happening in my high ass head lol. I’ve never seen your stuff let alone whipped fresh pressed rosin or any rosin : )i have no idea how i would do that.its like taffy
