There are circular wells in the bottom of those carpet savers so excess drains and I suction up with a turkey baster and then pour off the rest when it’s a small enough amount.
(And this should make it crystal clear why I’m not watering the coco plants 8 times a day with lights on in flower 😂 )

No one is any worse. And the plants in coco did just fine with feeding once a day. I still had more than 50% runoff with 250 ml with the 1 gal pot. View attachment 1082706View attachment 1082707View attachment 1082708View attachment 1082709View attachment 1082710View attachment 1082711
Looking very good just the tiny seedling maybe needs a little shade I can see the twisted leaf is a little sign just a white polystyrene cup with a few holes poked it the sides to let it aspirate .

Highs are 85 F and 72%. When lights go off, I manually turn the fan on at a setting of 1 to manage humidity. Lights on temps are typically 80-84 F with 60-70% RH. Lights off temps are 69-82 and with the fan on, the Rh stays between 55% and 60%.

She keeps getting moved to corners. She used to have more coverage from foliage of the gelato.

Everyone was fed. The gelato is still looking kind of pathetic and has a pink/rust like color developing on some of the leaves. She simply got some Neptune’s Harvest with a pinch of Epsom salts in the water. Everyone is doing ok. The white OG has a lot of very brittle leaves on the underside and I pulled many. Lots of seriously dense green buds beneath. Can anyway share their experience with harvesting incrementally as branches are “done”? And any input on the pink leaves is appreciated. TIA.

The last pic shows an advancing potassium deficiency i think. And general overall need for nutrients. I would want to feed a complete balanced fertilizer.

She was just now starting to dry out enough to water. The soil was amended with both veg and bloom ferts at different levels in the soil. Clearly didn’t accomplish what I wanted. She was doing great and then last week just started going downhill. She got the Neptunes Harvest today and next feed will boost potassium.

i had no experience with slow release fertilizer until i started testing the e osmocote plus. What i have found is that the drying out of the medium the way i like is working against the release and spreading out of the nutrients. I am getting the same pale edges from deficiency as the pots dry out. When i water they perk up and start healing but then get too dry again.

i am pretty sure about this. But im in peat mix so i cant water sooner too often. I bet with coco you could mix the fertilizer prills in and just water every day or two in a 3 gallon pot. Might need some cal mag in the water for the coco.
