Update - Confession...

It's been about three weeks since i have had time to focus on anything other than saving our company. I am happy to say we have been mostly successful. We will remain in business and remain healthy.

In the meantime i have been a very, very bad farmer. My Regalia-CG finally arrived and not a moment too soon. I am not sure how to use this but from reading the supplied manual it appears that misting the underside and top of the leaves once a week should do the trick. For dosage, i chose the middle point of 1oz per gallon.

Ms. Purple is in bad shape. I still don't know what type of plant i'm growing but it is only 11 inches high and is in the third or fourth week of flower. The budding itself looks good and healthy; the leaves look like shit. My pulse charts indicate the RH went ape-shit and temps were up and down like a yo-yo. I did up the nutes to 800 ppm a week into flower.

Ms. Yellow and Ms. Green are doing well except for the spots already identified. I have mixed up the Regalia and sprayed a fine mist on the top and under sides of both plants. It is suggested that i repeat every week.

So a couple of questions. First; does anyone know what type of plant this is?
Second question; how badly have i f'd up Ms. purple?
Third question: am i applying the Regalia properly?

I can be of absolutely no help. But that first plant looks amazing and if you have pollen you should totally breed it! Who knows what future mutations might ensue.

Thank you, it is good to be back and to relax reading the goings on... Learn a little, laugh a LOT! ☺

The folks i work for are great people and deserve to make it. They actually care about their folks and their family. The company is on that edge of becoming a large company; while still retaining the good and bad parts of being a small to medium sized company. I hope we don't lose the good stuff as we excise the bad. The trip should be a blast though; and a lot of fun.

Update! Well shit.. Batman....

Ms. Purple is about a week from harvest. Next week will be week #12 and i am supposed to go out of town for 10 days. So that means i will chop just before i leave the house and let it hang in the dark with a single fan. I don't have anyone to come and put it in the CV vault, so i will just have to hope for the best. (suggestions are welcome!)

and now for the bad news. I think i am going to lose Ms. Yellow. I applied the second treatment to the leaves (top and bottom) and removed the affected leaves. The top looks like it is trying to recover. @Kanzeon is seems that you and haze were dead on with regards to the ailment. I am pretty sure it is not going to make it, and if it does, the yield will be shit. However the lessons learned will be worth it. One thing is for sure. After this grow i will disassemble the cabinet and disinfect from top to bottom.

The other plant is not showing the same level of damage. This i find really interesting since the two plants have grown up right next to each other, separated only by the humidifier. Both of these ladies just passed week #6

Good News. Trip has been cancelled because they closed their borders. Now i can get a full refund AND take care of my plants!! a true win-win throw in the fact that i don't have to spend 17 hours in a metal tube with 300 people i don't know from adam.

I'll be doing my own watering but i still think i'm going to lose the one. However it also means that i can let Ms. Purple go another couple of weeks.

The last plant in the pix needs Cal/mag, spots n stripes, it should still produce some good sized buds by the time it's flowered out.

post update: Done! I looked back in my log and realized that i had skipped the cal/mag addition during my work crisis. Thanks again.

Thank You! I was just looking at that plant (30 seconds ago) and noticed that the number of spots have reduced and now it seems to be turning brown on the edges... Cal/Mag thanks again. I will get current photos up as soon as i get my forest fires put out at work. We are WFH these days. As an engineer, i am one of the lucky ones who can WFH. This is going to SUCK for a lot of folks. Gods Grace to everyone; we are going to need it.

Photos 2 & 3 present with the original "spots" issue, which is being treated with weekly applications of Regalia . Photo 3 shows both infections; Photos 1 & 4 are what I read as a Cal-Mag issue (verified by @chemistry)

If i have missed anything or gotten it wrong; please let me know. I can take it....

Update on Ms. Purple.

Since i am not going to New Zealand, i can let her grow. Today is the end of her advertised 12 week mark. I have stopped feeding her anything but straight RO water (two weeks ago). I am hoping to get another couple of weeks. We'll see..

p.s. I still don't know what it is, but it smells wonderful!! It won't yield a lot but is should be a good smoke, if the smell is any indication.

Peace!!

Update: Root Porn
The twins in the Biggie flower cabinet. (the mini christmas tree in the previous post is finishing up in DDRE grow cabinet).

6 weeks worth of growth. This is only the second time i have lifted the top to take a look at the roots. This is my first grow using the 6in net pots. I figured they would help with the overpopulation issues i have been having lately. Damn they look good!! (ouch, pulled my shoulder out... lol)

Update: The twins in recovery

The plant on the left is the one that has been the most healthy. A few spots and just a little turning of the lower leaves as the cal-mag shortage started to show up. All infected leaves have been remove and the plant gets RegaliaRegalia in a fine mist spraying once a week top and bottom.

The plant on the right is the one that was called out as needing a cal-mag infusion. It was also the original culprit for the spotting. As I was told, the remediation has been brutal but it looks like it will now pull through. Once all of the leaves are clear of spotting, i will reduce the RegaliaRegalia treatment to once a week and feed at the same as the other. I have also been removing all infected leaves as soon as possible (spraying my hands, the snippers & the bowl with peroxide after each use). As can be imagined, it has impacted its growth rate considerably. This was the larger of the two in this rez, it looked like it was about two weeks ahead, even though they were germinated at the same time. Now as you can see the roles have switched.

The first set of leaf photos are the plant on the left, followed by the plant on the right. There are about an equal number of each. Things are certainly looking much, much better. Thanks for all the help folks.

Looks, like this is a save; at least from this f-up I have no doubt there will be another.... it's life!!! HOW SWEET IT IS !!!!!

Happy Growing folks.

p.s. i used two different types of light because as you can observer, you can see different shit depending on the light.

UPDATE: Training

Here we are, time to try my hand at training, again! I think i have succeeded in getting all eight of the main stalks to be at more or less the same height. I used 5-7 or so pipe cleaners in the process. I have pointed out the ones that are visible in the first photo below. I have one major injury to the main stalk. After much pinching and squeezing to soften up the bend point, the step still cracked. I wrapped with surgical paper tape and all seems well. The tip of that stalk has turned upwards and is now fully open to the light. Whew. ☺

p.s. the second to last photo is of Ms Yellow, my problem child, looking much, much better.

I find that if I mark my net line on the wall, take it off the net with frame, bend or flatten all the plants to the marks on the wall, then stick the net on and job done, all the plants are net high. It's a harder way your doing it, I had three snapped cola's last time I did it. lol Now I take the net off. Good colour in the plants, they look real healthy.

Update - Drying Completed

Based on weight i have dried Ms. Purple by approx. 66% i have now move to CV vault for curing. Because this is not intended for consumption by anyone but me & mine i have forgone final trim. I intend to smoke all of this shit. The smell is a mix of lemon and what smells like black pepper (i know, weird probably my nose). Since I have no idea of the strain I will not be able to reproduce.
