Curious on some things like which cartridges, packaging, how you brand them, etc.

Which Cart, is going to depend on what model e-cig and its threads.. Packaging is kinda up to you?

Branding again... up to you.. Perhaps you should look into a PR consultant or similar there are consultants in the MMJ industry who do this kinda shit for a living.

What exactly do you plan on offering up?

If its anything CBD related you should really look into the laws regarding dietary suppliments and un-approved drugs, as there going after CBD companys right now for making claims about there products which the FDA has not approved.

Theres so much red tape in this industry its almost not even worth getting in.
