Agreed if anything CA did was fuck the scene up. BTW my cali dude gets cuttings from me not the other way around. He was blown away when I gave him a REAL sample of sour d. Shit is SOO strong and smelly opening the jar and smelling it will go through your nasal and into your mouth and just off smell you can taste it and it's very noticable. I smoked sour d from cali and I sold it to some stupid ass kid who really thought that was what sd is. All I kept thinking to myself while I went from spot to spot in promise I'm gonna smoke the best weed I ever smoked was man if these people only knew. Man all I could think to myself is these people are deprived. Ya they got some goodies but just like anywhere else you need connects. Fuck a picture of a frosty well grown bud tells nothing about the smoke. Some of my most favorite hybrids aren't super frosty fan leaves just super frosty on the nugs. People see frosty fan leaves and automatically think bomb, but that's inexperience talking. People also think really stinky means bomb but that don't mean shit either. I had a reekfest kali mist and it had wonderful flavor and smell when burnt but no buzz. I've seen some super white plants give off bland tasting buds. There's still people out there that think if weed is purple that means it's better lol. I remember when MMJ first came to cali it was all about purps now its kush, next it'll be haze. Prolly not kush is the buzzword out there.

not every Collective owner knows what they're doing and just move along when they dont have the mind set your looking for. Sucks and it works both ways , so many vendors come in with crap these days. Not everyone can grow

Same way I've felt everytime I get to one of those Cali border stops where they search my car and take my food. Damn shit was grown in the US...same as weed...yet....

one of the dispensaries here gets ALL their weed from Cali. the chick is from LA.....

Illmind, I had some sourD that smelt like lemon lime gatorade mixed with bike tire rubber. That shit was awesome. I have yet to see that come back again, but I've seen the name everywhere. Frosty fan leaves are charateristically hash plant, and not every plant is a hash plant, I hear ya. I base 90% off of look and smell because that's all you can do without smoking it and it is a pretty good indicator most of the time, but it's not perfect.

That LA dispensary in CO needs to be GONE...

This is craziness. Wasted 10mins. Are you really fighting about schwag?? Cali has schwag due to its geographic location and proximity to Mexico...That is also why 75% of cocaine is smuggled through there as well. It is NOT CALIFORNIANS importing it..they simply buy it b/c it is there. It is more that the Mexicans are Exporting it, Via Cali. That's like saying Miami is importing cubans

We grow some damn good weed too. You are welcome California growers, for it was south western Colorado where dogbud was grown. P-Bud. Dogbud led to some doozies - Chemdog '91, OG Kush, etc.

if im not mistaking Joebrand himself said the dogbud wasent native to Colorado so u can trow that out the window.

Illmind well then your cali friends must not know alot of people in cali :giggle

tastes great---less filling---- Any you old school farmers remember that old Miller Lite commercial? Kinda reminds me of where this thread has gone. I LOVE good dank from EARTH. Mad props to Cali for being the pioneers in the US on the medical side of things. I grew in the midwest years ago, and now in CO. Lower yield here but higher quality is easier to achieve. If this becomes a regional thing, we may as well talk college football. Go Blue. Unsubscribed. No offense meant to any one.

Why would a Dispensary even risk offering such a low price to a grower? For a supposedly "Non-Profit" organization this seems like a big risk for them. Wouldn't DEA or whatever Law Enforcement agency just look at their records and bust them for taking a profit? At least, that's how I thought it worked. Me<--- Noob.

Went to a Dispensary today and they had a jar of what looked like "Un-Crushed" bud. To me, it looked like brick weed that was broken apart. I quickly hid the sour expression on my face as I realized that this is what it very well could be. I mean, what would happen if someone walked in there, saw that brick weed and reported to the cops? Seems like one of the first questions would be; "Who did you buy that weed from?". Then the Disp would be in a world of shit and probably get closed down.

As I'm still new to being able to purchase/grow legally, I can tell the difference between brick weed and nice looking buds when I see them. I just harvested my first plant and it's hanging as I type this. This will be the first time I know I'm smoking bud from an organic grow that has been dried/cured/aged properly. Will there be a difference between the Green Crack I bought in a Disp and mine? Other than looks and smell, how would I be able to call my shit "Dank"? The "High"? Doesn't take much to get me lit, so it makes me wonder.

It's as bad as the myth of good cali weed in colorado. (im NOT DISSIN the cali weed, it's just the economic principle discussed earlier)

CJ I have come across many disp owners that need a good smack. Its one thing if they low ball me to pass it on to the patients but if I go back in and my smoke is in the jar at a 500% mark up they can kiss my ass.

Damn bro when I lived in Texas we hated when that outdoor cali crap came around.. brought down the price of all the goods that we had.. they were slangin those lb for like 3500 and since some peeps dont know shit they would buy em and fuck up the whole market.. its flooded with that shit right now back where i used to live... Now its fucking up the CO scene to .... back in TX lbs were fetchin 5k all day and then during dec to mar down to 4k... bullshit... We need to boycot that Bullshit... become state self sufficient..

i know all you guys hate out of towners and this is really making me wonder if I should have left TX... back home I would get no less than 4500 a lb and thats if I had a subpar crop which to my standards is still higher than most of the produce out there... I once read some one say that the way all this shit is playing out that if you live in a state, med or not, and you have have a solid market for your product, stay there, cause the D's buyung cheap garbage weed are fucking up the scene everywhere..... Starting to see his point...

nobody wants to risk passing through state borders so we can prove usa that we have some of the best. and im talking about indoor.tx dealers got crap mex saying its cali outdoor to get rid of it.sucks for everyone who bought.grow your own.cali reject is imported throughout states sorry.were spoiled.

Lol so spoiled all my Cali dudes run mostly my shit except for a few og clips. The only thing I seek is the white and that also isn't from ca. In fact I can't think of but 3 cuts from ca I'd even run, I guess I'm spoiled. Sb80 the good cuts that are in Cali that are worthy only 5 percent posses em and they don't pass off.
