I am running a perpetual harvest with multiple strains and several RDWC systems and am looking for a excel spreadsheet or some sort of tracking file, to track my girls. Have looked online for a template some i could track everything but was wondering if any of my fellow farmers have any files they could share with me.

Right now im just using a excel calendar thats just not cutting it.

Thanks in advance

Someone created some "grow software" called GROW IQ if you google it, should be able to download and install

actually runs pretty clean and smooth but i had to tag all my plants with a number to keep them better organized but i definitely recommend you give it a shot. I love that software.. pretty customizable

there is also a program called "Grow Base" it is kind of limited in what you can track but will do dates, PH and nutes etc.

thanks Cereall.. ill give Grow IQ a try for myself.

thanks for the reply s I am going to check that out now

got all excited when i saw this
then found absoultly nothing
abody got a link?

Yea wtf!

Get on it people! Lets have a spot for nutrients and veg time aswell...

I also looked around for an excel file, figuring someone would have done that already. But I couldn't find one ether. So I'm subbed incase one pops up ;)

Excel Grow Calender and Dosage Chart

I made this quick worksheet today, bloom only. I wanted to upload the .xls but its not a valid extension so .pdf it is. I left the spaces for additives blank so you can fill it in. Hopes this helps. Happy harvesting! :harvest:

Edit: version 2.0 uploaded

Grow assistant is another I've used. Using excel now its simple just treat each entry entry as a new record and create Collins for attributes.

Would take about five minutes to make in Excel, depending on what you wanted.

What exactly are all of you looking for?

I'm pretty handy with Excel.

So thanks for all the attention this is getting it seems as other Farmers are also interested in having some sort of tracker for there garden.

Ive found a couple of them as others have noted. Grow IQ havent found but i think Herb Iq as Zonkerly linked is what cereall was thinking of.

I tried grow assistant but still is not really what im looking for.

I really suck at excel but if someone like Bobby Smith is proficient with it, and has the time to make one that would be great, and very helpful for the Farmers

Basically what I am looking for is a Excel calendar that i can list what i did that day with each corresponding cycle ie Nutrients ML Ph PPM additional notes. And then be able to list when i need to flush, rez changes, which week im in per cycle. I dont really want a traditional calendar look, like a side by side list for each cycle and date.

Realistically I am doing this now with a traditional calendar excel template but it just gets cluttered with 4 cycles listed on a normal calendar setup

Im going to consult my roommate who is a good with excel and see what we can come up with give me a day or so and i'll post our spreadsheet

I got one off here by FastForward. It is called Cannaplanna it is in Excel. I love it. Basic it is, has veg, flower and other notes. Keeps the day's you started, also lets you know how far along you are, how many day's left and so on.
Hope this link works.

Cannaplanner v2

Heres a link to an excel spreadsheet that I kind of use. Its based on cannaplanna v2 which I found somewhere but only in dutch. Its similar to cannplanna linked above, but has some charts and graphs also.

The password is "password" to unprotect the template page.

I really like the idea of it, but in practice I very rarely use it.

This is mac compatible with office 2011. Earlier versions do not support vba.

Wanted to log in just to say thanks for the heads up on the Herb IQ, that seems to be a quality piece of tracking software, a lot more elegant than the spreadsheet, no offense to the hard work of others, I'm sure many features of the program came from spreadsheet ideas.

My only qualm with the software is I can't see a way to add a plant, give the program the advertised flowering time, and then have it automatically tell me when that is, a feature like that with months having variable lengths, would help use less math inclined to know exactly what day instead of guesstimating.

Other than that HERB IQ as a piece of free open source software stands as a testament to the community, 9/10
