Anyone making edibles with CBD-V and CBG flower?

I have people make their own products with their ingredients
Everyone wants to test
Commercial edibles are all over the place
Small growers who retail tend to pay more attention to detail in the edible market

I make 1-2 mg guesstimate step edibles to introduce people to dosing

Over the line the testing facilities require a license
May be able to try a certain state off the clock
I can do TLC but its not the same as the lab tech

So taking your time, measuring carefully and tuning your process over 2 years has produced good results that can be consistently replicated
Reports seem to favor the single stage filter of the tincture for effects but most want the carbon scrub for the taste
Testing of my extractions would help me gain a little understanding of what I am actually doing
Still have not contacted the lab yet as a flood last fall is still causing problems and I want to be alert and sober when I contact them
My pain management has been bad
Forgetting micro doses and not realizing it until the pain comes crawling back
Cannabis edibles unlike ibuprofen let me down gently so it is easier to manage my pain
Unfortunately if I miss my micro dose that coming down from the edible can speed up and be a little more painful

New information is coming out all the time
Have to sift through it with a fine tooth comb and there is a lot of it
Terpenes, anatomy, metabolism......need a degree in everything just to ask an informed question
Yikes!!!!

Finally got around to calling
Voice mail as expected, these places are swamped
Waiting on call back to see if they accept out of state samples or maybe they can direct me to services
Full spectrum and entourage effect are no longer buzz words or selling points
I am seeing results first hand, not my own experience
1:1 THC/CBD needs to be put up front

If you get the chance to try one of these cultivars buy a gram
Consume for a chill night out
Did not want to drink or vape/smoke
Slight intoxication but a lot of clarity

Flavored one shot dosing for any canned or bottled beverage

They always go to voicemail,
It’s slow season here, they’ll get back before end of day.

Got back to me that day
They only do hemp products
THC testing and 1:1 THC/CBD flower testing are the same
THC percentage is too high so it comes with different rules

I'll find some way

I believe you talked to an employee that obviously does not no what they are talking about.
I’ve tested thc before there as a walk in.
I’ll reach out to my field contract and see what the problem is over there.
Did you tell them you are a private grower out of state and growing personal weed for personal consumption?

Probably my ignorance
May not have asked the right question
He did state that they did hemp only
There were two numbers, one from Oregon and one from California
Called California
Did tell him it was thc tincture I wanted tested and that may have thrown it off

Would rescheduling help with access to testing?
Hoping they can loosen up some of the red tape

The medical dispensary has stopped carrying the cultivar I use to make edibles
It was called Thunder struck a 10%THC/15%CBD
Perfect cultivar to make a base tincture
May have to source this in Maine
If anybody lives in Maine and knows reputable grower that does CBD flower or 1:1 ratio THC/CBD flower
Down to my last infused oil for chocolates
Have a medical card

Until I can source another 1:1 THC/CBD cultivar it looks like a formulation of refined/unrefined RSO and some CBD extraction
This will be much easier to dose and manipulate to individual requests
Flip side is getting to that sweet spot requires experimenting which I do on myself to gauge initial effects
About 3-6 months of testing and adjustments
Small batch 2-3 doses
Have refined RSO, just need a good source of CBD(V)
Terpenes and unrefined RSO will be covered as reports are coming out about these side compounds being very important to the medicinal application
It really is as simple as infusing some oil and buying a candy bar at the store
Melt the candy bar (chocolate) mix with your measured oil and refrigerate/freeze
Don't have a mold, use an ice cube tray and fill as many of the cubes as you can evenly
Freeze, weigh and divide quickly to avoid melting
Most commercial candy bars have lecithin, add it if needed
The standard I use is .25%-1% per 100 grams of chocolate, recommendations can be all over the place so please do your own research and add what is comfortable for you
I weighed liquid soy lecithin once....


Weigh it and then get a good look at how much it is and eyeball it from there
Stuff is a nightmare to clean
