I'm using a greenhouse like that but this is first year and humidity is extra high this year. I've got the front door open most of the time (unless there's high wind coming) so humidity is at outdoor levels at my place.

Since I don't see a humidity monitor in the greenhouse I have to wonder where levels actually are?

The jungle looks nice but as much as humidity is there any air flow?

Perhaps you can create a system to raise the sides up to let more air flow in. Greenhouses are much more difficult than people assume at least until you dial it in

I worked for a big greenhouse set up, 25 or so. They all had a big fan in the back wall and would open up both ends for air flow.

I've got a 20' x 10' hoop house with hard clear polycarbonate glass. I ran a crop last year that finished in mid October but tossed a lot of it in the trash due to bud rot. I have two 1650 cfm attic fans for ventilation. On the hottest days of summer, the ventilation will reduce the heat to almost outside the greenhouse temperatures. However, during the fall and with the rise in humidity the fall brings in Michigan, I could not clear the condensation from the glass even by running those fans day and night. Due to a confrontation with the neighbor over our dogs, we didn't grow anything in the greenhouse this year ... but when I do run a crop in there again, I will pay careful attention to what strains I use. Early/Fast version photo-period strains that finish before October will beat the wet humid fall weather in Michigan. Auto-flowers finishing in August/September are another option.

Does your hoop house have a vent fan? You probably want some circ fans in there too.

But if humidity is a concern, get one or more sulfur burners (aka vaporizers) and some prilled sulfur and put them on a timer to run whenever it is not being vented. One per 500 sq ft is what you need. They change the pH of the surface of the plant which doesn't allow fungal spores to attach and start growing. They won't affect the taste or smell of your buds, either.
You'll still get a bit of mold late in flower, but it's going to be a small fraction of what you'd get without it.

Those pice were from last year flowers. This is what I'm doing this year to raise it for air flow plus I need the height too
And I might only put the cover on and leave bottom 3rd open

That will help if you live in a dry climate and will help keep temps down during the day, but it won't do much for humidity if you live in a humid climate. Also it will greatly reduce the effectiveness of a sulfur burner if you choose to use one.

I'm in Ma so the later months like September and October the humidity is always 100 in the morning for hours. I do have a hygrometer in there just wasn't in pic. And fans but right after sunrise the humidity is always crazy high til I open doors and let in fresh air. Those pics from last year was only 6 plants and it filled my 26 by 10 hoop house. I have max this year so might have to leave some out and do a comparison with in and out of cover. Il post new pics when I set it up soon

Typical high humidity day. Indica regular seed planted middle of June are already sizeable and just starting to flower. Hoping for end of Sept. finish in Ottawa, Ontario. I had a little visitor this morning.
