Yeah, I've been planning to cut my ProMix BX with worm castings when I up pot wasn't aiming for this high of a ratio though.

I start and veg under t-5 flourescent 6500k
For hid i would use 315 cmh or hortilux blue mh.
I bury stems regardless. Better root ball is why. Nothing to do with stretch or light spectrum. I adjust proximity to the light to help with stretching.
And if i start i. The flower room 12/12 i still do the same. They may stretch more under hps but also grow faster so they get buried sooner, transplant sooner etc.

This is new to me, I mainly got to fill out the difference in using a 3.8 bail over 6 5 gal pots, I'm open to advice.What’s normal amount for you to use?

I use t5's to veg as well. I love them for the growth and heat I get from them. Keeps my veg room warm. I bought from Amazon. This is a 4 ft 4 tube, I got a 4ft 6 tube for about the same as they're now selling this 4 tube fixture.These?

I don't remember what calculator I originally used but this one gives me .62 per pot 3.72cf total so I wouldn't really need fill but I got a 2cf bag.if my math is right that’s about 17-18 % ???

Last time I heard it was kinda up to personal preference.maybe I put too much in I would stick with what you’ve been doing I’ll ask anyone know if 20% is too much

Anywhere between 10-20 % is what I’ve heard so far. When I up pot I use mycorrhizae pur from promix on the rootball and according to the instructions they say use only water for 7 or maybe 10 days after it’s use no nutes so i figured I could supplement them with the worm castings until I can feed them again.Last time I heard it was kinda up to personal preference.

Oh forgot to include last watering was tap(130ppm) plus 150ppm mega crop and 1.5 ml of hygrowzyme in a gal.

are you running the latest iteration of MegaCrop? How do you like it? I tried V1 and thought it was pretty good but some guys in my circle ran into issues with V2 So I am a bit curious.

Yeah it's v1 I have no issues with it and has been good to me. I got a 22lb bag right before they switch to v2 and I have also heard ppl had issues with v2.Nice looking garden
