Yup , and yea , my dough refrence book is from ken forkish who operated a bakery pizzeria in oregon , i think , so theres no shortage of good pizza across the country these days , just have to find it in your town if lucky enough to have one....You forgot the true epicenter of pizza. Brick oven pizza. Philadelphia.

You may be right sir.. but I am a lazy grower so I'm sure I will gravitate to the most automated grow I can. I don't want to invest to much yet as we have plans to move out west next spring... once we get out there well I plan to start growing a bit bigger and possibly some indoor and outdoor.Once u go black, u don't go back!!!

Fact: cookie dough & raisins are an oil & water combo.I like raisins in Raisin Bran, and in Persian rice dishes that also include toasted pine nuts. I don't like them snuck into cookies at all. And apparently real New York pizza is folded up like a taco and eaten. What's that all about!

#Domino'sA lot of cheap pizza joints use shredded cheese that comes shredded. Problem with that is it's not all cheese, some of it is wood up to about 30% I believe, fiber that has to be put in the cheese to keep it from bonding together after shredding.
That shit is the worst.

You gotta be kidding me I don't remember ever having Little Caesar's but I also don't remember having pizza worse than Domino's.Yeah I never thought I'd say this but both Little Caesar's and Domino's put out a better product than many of the mom and pop places that I've tried.
