The American breakfast I see most people eat is no breakfast at all.
I personally make a fat protein shake every morning. Helps a ton to eat something vs. Nothing. But I have tried both ways.

I never get a normal breakfast anymore due to being on afternoons. If were talking eggs, bacon, sausage,hash browns etc then you can't beat it lol.The American breakfast I see most people eat is no breakfast at all.

I think after a day of building up hunger. That breakfast for dinner tastes much better than in the morning when it's hard to get food down at all.
