Most foggers are pyrethin basedWhats the active ingredient in the fogger?
Pyrethins kill a variety of small critters, including fleas, which are something other than an insect. I've not used pyrethin on mites, for other reasons, but have no reason to believe that is not toxic to them.Pyrethrin is an insecticide. Works well with thrips. Spidermites are arachnids, not insects. One poison that is effective 100% is abamectin.
Pyrethins was/were the main ingredients, along with (I think) Piperonal Butoxide. Seems pretty safe and quick to degrade.Whats the active ingredient in the fogger?
I still have a few weeks to go in veg mode...by then, all traces of it should be gone. Mosquito coils contain the same ingredients, so I have sometimes used them for early white fly issues. I prefer not to use ANY insecticide, but life during wartime isn't always ideal. It was the best compromise I could manage at the time.Cant smoke that now or at least i wouldn't
