It looks like you have a calcium deficiency maybe? Hard to see from pic is your ph in the right range?

The yellowing was happening well before I started drying them out since they’ve been drying all new growth is perky and a nice shade of green. To clarify by “drying out” these pots are still a long way from dry. I’m using autopots in my other tent and plan on using them on the hubbabubba from mephisto. Just with this run I may or may not turn them back on but if they continue getting healthier over the next few weeks I might fill the rez up again

I suppose it’s time I post pics of the original 5 plants. I’m not really very thrilled with my results. I know I made a few mistakes along the way but I also think that maybe these seeds just aren’t very vigorous growers. They were about the cheapest autos I could find. I also started playing with my light height a bit the last few weeks and came to the conclusion that I was no where near the sweet spot. Live and learn I guess. Anyway here they are....be gentle

These are the seedlings that went through the transplant disaster and the subsequent 4 that I germinated just in case. I plan on growing out these 4 seedlings in the same tent in 2 gallon fabric pots

I’m super excited for my next beans . I bought 7 hubbabubba haze from mephisto. After doing some research and checking out grow diaries of mephisto genetics they look like absolute beasts. they are about the most expensive auto beans out there. To my surprise though I got 10 seeds of hubbabubba and they sent me 7 free seeds of their sweet and sour so I think they actually might have been cheaper 👍🏻

Ok I’m in a dilemma and need some opinions and advice. I’m about 2 - 2.5 weeks into flower and I’m wondering if it would be more worth my while to try and let these lower nodes flower or if I should just chop them off, if the advice is to cut em off when would be a good time to do it. Bear in mind I’ve opened up the inner part of the plants to let these nodes receive full light

I don't have much experience with auto's, only one I have ever grown was a Jack Herer auto and it stalled for a long time before deciding to grow, all the other photoperiod plants grew up around it.
I guess it was building a larger root ball in that process as it was put into it's finishing container from seedling because I was always told never to mess with auto's and to not even pluck a leaf off or anything, after looking into it I saw people doing all kinds of lst, hst etc and getting great results maybe genetics idk.
If that were a photoperiod I would remove them all out two or three nodes from the main stalk allowing more airflow and tops to get more energy that would usually go into the lower development.
You could always experiment I suppose as the choice is yours, but I have always heard that any stress equals loss of development which would stunt growth before starting to bloom. Seeing as those are already flowering I wonder what harm it would do in the end and if you may just be better off leaving them there to develop as you have already made sure to increase light availability to them.
They look a little yellow, are they hungry?

I’m sure they are a bit hungry. My last grow I way over fed and had all sorts of issues, compounded by the fact that I reacted drastically to every little thing. as a result, this grow, I’m going light and moving up slowly as needed if there is some deficiency along the way at least I’ll know what the problem Is and be able to make small adjustments accordingly

Yes, I re-read this thread and figured you might be getting sick of hearing the word yellow but had to ask anyway...
I must say I'm loving the autopots myself "with promix hp" and will retire my fabric and other plastic pots when my purple chitral plant finishes soon.

It’s been a little bit since my last update. Got 4 separate stages of growth going
Flowering plants are receiving 500 ppm solution from an autopot. 100 ppm is calmag the other 400 is a 4:1 ratio of megacrop to pk booster. They are yellow from previously being underfed. I went as high as 575 ppm but got some tip burning so I backed off to 500. Since then I haven’t noticed any more tip burning or discoloration of leaves. They are receiving about 650 ppfd.Buds seem to be packing on some decent weight at this point. The veg plants that are showing their sex are also on the autopot at 400 ppm. 100 of which is calmag the other 300 is megacrop. I didn’t have my light situated quite right and it was a bit low. I *believe the discoloration on the one is from light bleaching. Since I rearranged my light it seems to have subsided. These girls are getting about 350 ppfd. The 4 larger solo cups are getting a daily feed to run off of 320 ppm solution. I will be up potting these in the next few days into 2 gallon fabric pots. The smaller 4 solo cups are getting 230 ppm nute solution to run off daily. All 8 solo cups are on the outside edge of the light and are receiving about 275 ppfd. Lights being used are quantum boards and a solarsystem 1100. Both lights are about 34” away from the tops

Kicked on the other quantum board and potted up 4 of the babies using the insta transplant solo cups. Seemed to go well. I guess I’ll just wait and see. Everything in this tent seems to be very happy

A little bud porn for ya all. I’m actually beginning to think that these little plants are gonna yield pretty well. Some of these are dense buds from the tip almost all the way down to the dirt . 10+ inches on many of these. Even though they are the same strain there is 2 very distinct aromas. 2 of the plants are very sweet and fruity and 3 are more diesel

Oh also as a little side note. The strain was touted as a 65 day strain. Currently they are at 71 days and all but one have about 4 more weeks give or take. 1 seems to be maturing quite a bit faster but I may just let it go for as long as the others and keep it as my good night 💤 go to. On another side note, I accidentally knocked over 2 of the solo cups a few days back and may have inadvertently super cropped 2 entire plants at the base 😂 they seem to be fine though

Seems like a good day for an update!

I transplanted the last4 solo cup plants into 2 gal fabric pots and it dawned on me that I neglected photos of what the other 4 looked like under the outer solo cup. Also I remember musing about how the transplant went. Well in short it was excellent and I didn’t even notice any stall at all. I expect nothing less from these. Here are pics of the root balls. Very nice and healthy. For anyone looking for an easy way to transplant I highly recommend these solo cup instant transplants. They take about 1 minute to make and damn they work
