they look ok slightly yellowed on the newest growth but that happens sometimes just make sure you let them dry out a bit in between waterings.
i went from monday to friday and the pots were light when i watered

OK then what I would do is just watch it. Let the pots dry out again and water again. And if the leaves on top are still yellowing more then at that point I would start adding just a tiny bit of Nitrate fertilizer and a kiss of CalMag.

Under normal circumstances you wouldn't need to fertilize younger plants like this however it could be due to the Kelloggs in your blend. Like I said before every time I have used cheap Kellogg in the past I have had yellow weak plants. The chunky nature of it doesn't offer the best nutrient absorption. However just because a medium is lacking nutrients it doesn't mean it cant work. Take Coco for example it has no nutrients at all yet its a very popular grow medium. Your grow can still come out good you will just need to watch your plants and let them tell you if they need anything extra. When I ruined my plants in the Kellogg that was years ago I was a rookie grower at that time. If I had to do it again I would be able to salvage it cuz I am better now at reading the plants and gently assisting them with the proper nutrients that they are lacking.

That kellogs sucks for sure. I just got some mother earth terracraft to try, and its no better. Lime green slow growth seedlings. I had to start feeding right away. Just picked up a bag of cocoloco because its always worked well for me. Hopefully this one don't come with bugs. When the time comes I will put some wet soil in a ziplock and see what happens after a few days before I use it.

the last 2 or 3 days temps and humidity have been high like 70's lights off 70's humidity now it is better because temps outside are going down and rain has stopped
i used this website to convert lux to ppfd https://www.waveformlighting.com/horticulture/convert-lux-to-ppfd-online-calculator and came up with 333.27 umol/s/sm2

Looking good man good job! Just like we suspected the pots were dry. The problem self corrected when you gave them a good drink of water. They lifted up and are looking healthier now. You will notice that some of the leaves look crinkly and ugly still that was because those were the sections of the leaves that dried out beyond the point of return. This is what happened as the plant becomes starved for water it stars to droop then the tips of the leaves start to dry out the most. If you really stress the plant hard you will start loosing leaves permanently they will crinkle and even if you give them water they wont plump up again. Good thing you caught that when you did any drier and it would have done much more damage potential could have shocked the plant. You should be good now once those roots open up in those 3 gallons with the added feed they are gonna really start growing fast.
