Barneys farm, Mimosa Evo in a 4x4 under 1250w, Hydro

That evo sure is cranking out the frost. . . when compared to my herer buds they are rock hard. . . anyways

I need help identifying this issue. Idk if its toxicity or deffeciency, if its calcium or mag. I do know that my hardness constantly climbs.

I am switching from calmag to athena CaMg simply due to it having less calcium in it. So im thinking its calcium toxcicity or mag deff, which is why i chose athenas line. It has less calcium in it so when i add it i get more mag and less calcium. In my head this should fix it. . but im prolly totally wrong. Im only mentioning it because i always get it. Now my ppms are around 1200 due to me thinking its a mag deff, Idk. . you tell me

The video and picture are of 2 different plants. Im worried about the picture and the spots on the leafs.

They said 1000w hps is too much for a 4x4, So i added an extra 250w Mars Hydro Tsl2000. I will veg for 3 weeks under it, then supercrop and flip, slowly cranking up the lights to max by the 5 week mark.

I did some environmental testing with them at max and it seems its about 2 degrees Fahrenheit higher than what im use to. . but it should be fine. All else fails ill dial the 1000w hps down to 750w.

I have 4 other jack here fast started also. They will be transplanted out into my other 4x4. Im hoping to keep all 3 grows listed here. .anyways I also have a solo plant in a 4x4 flowering under a 1000w HPS. Its in my other thread under the hydro section but I didnt actually make a thread dedicated to it.

Basically each new time I build a new grow room or hydro system im making a new thread. Just dont want my cool shit lost in my junk.

Anyways hope yall enjoy the upcoming show. My goal is to not reveg these like I did my last grow.

Yea its only on new and old lower growth. Just checked and its only on the 1 plant that grew fast. Perhaps it is a calcium deff. . i added more calmag. . ill be mad if it is cal deff cause the calmag had more calcium. Oh well. .if it gets worse ill do a res change I guess :(

I can't really see spots but they all don't look calcium. Calcium is bronze, Mag is green. White is phosphorus.

Just measured my tents are all 6.5ft tall. Didnt even know that much. Like when I say my light ends up being 1ft from the buds, i mean it. Thing is, they dont get leaf burn. . not saying I dont have growing pains always from one thing or another. . yet as for leaf burn, nope. Honestly that 8 inch fan with those 6 inch cool tubes reall do remove alot of the heat. I can hold my glass tube without getting burned at max 1k. fuck i need a par meter. . and a damn 800 dollar dehuy so I can run co2. I got the space, just not the cash :(

Shit gets expensive for growing no doubt it so addictive though to have that set up you want I keep putting lots of money in but I think the end result is hell a worth it if you get good shit

The frost on the evo is blowing my mind. HPS seems to be getting the job done. It smells like strait candy. Buds are rock hard when compared to anything else ive grown. Im liking it. .

Then i have two other herers flowering each in their ow. 4x4. The taller one is getting 750w hps and the lower one is getting 1000w.

Question about bringing out the purple thats in the photos on barneys website.

Ive been running higher than usual ppms of N to keep the leafs dark green and thick. I know I should drop the temps a bit and my AC is ready for the challenge. So. . what week should I and to what temp.

Its set to 72f atm because my airpumps chill my water to 72f. Fuck. . i dont think I can without increasing my res temps. Im trying to shoot for res temp stability this grow. Guess i could move the air pump to the house. . but then its not co2. . hrmmmm

So i know at the end I can also stop feeding it a specific nutrient. . was it stopping P or K that makes the leafs turn purple. I know its not N lol. . all i get is yellow leafs when I cut N. .

Mimosa first 3 pics 600w hps, jack herer fast under 600w hps second and 3rd pics, Jack Herer fast under 1000w hps last 2 pics. The one under the 1000w looks to yeild the most. Yet the lower mimosa popcorn are rock hard buds. . so i think its going to put out more than meets the eye.

Ordering the SE7000 now. Cant wait to put it up against my HIDS. I plan on running a side by side in the next 6 months. Prolly run my old system with a shared res between the 2 plants, each in their own 4x4. I just dont have room for external res so it would require another grow room design. . like my 20th one :( Might not do a shared res and just do a similar comparison.

Also in the process of adding a dual 20amp breaker and running 2 strands of 12/2 to a dual outlet box mounted in my grow room. Two 20amp plug-ins. Adding 40 amps wahoo. One strand is ran, currently filling spare co2 tank and then gonna run the other. Ill mount the box, wire them up, kick the power off, install breaker and wire it up. . boom shackalacka. .

See if you got anything that can qualify for tax exempt co2. I saved a lot on oxygen refills for a minnow tank I had on a truck.

Just remember they are pretty different styles and even major operations switching from HPS -> LED can run into issues because they don't adjust other variables.

Welp im an idiot. Its cool to run 40amps, and have a dual plugin box with 4 prongs right? Each one is basically capable of handeling 10 amps. My 1000w lights on high are 8.6, and I am now running them at the 600w setting and 750 watt setting. So each plug can handle one light, including the new SE7000 coming my way.
Now for the dumb part, I only have 4 plugins I added, and they are in the same dual box. I have timers, and yea. . they are to big, and cover all the other outlets. . I can only plugin 1 fkn timer, but I ran an adapter to it so I can run the other ones. Basically they are too close together and not enough. I will go get 2 more 20 amp outlets, and 2 single boxes. Ill add an additional box and outlet to each run. That was something I wasnt ready for.
