I was wondering if any one could sugest a amount of

water I should be giving per plant inside of these to containers , a 1.5qt and a 3 qt s , and 5 gallon

I want to measure out a proper serving each plant to avoid spillage

I am using Just right Soil brand with a 50/50 perite/just right mix

the younger plants are about a month old in the 1.5qt

3 qt plants are about 1.5 month

5 gallon is about 2.0 months still vegging

when I water I wait until the containers feel light as hell and then add a little water and then add more slowly until a little comes out the bottem. Thats just how I do it because as your plants get older they are gonna use more water and do keep in mind that the larger the pot the less often your will have to water.

It is difficult to say this much amount of water you should provide because we exactly dont know its requirement we can only provide them on guess so it is better if you yourself guess and water them.
