What exactly is 'rosin?' I've never heard of this, let alone a DEVICE that can manufacture it. Is it similar to shatter or budder, or BETTER?

I'm seriously considering purchasing the NugSmasher lol, this is like one of those toys I had as a kid where I could make my own metal jewellery/candy by putting ingredients into a machine. It's like an Easy Bake oven and I wanna play with it

Rosin is a completely solventless way to make thc concentrates. Shatter would have a solvent in it to make it into shatter. I prefer the rosin over shatter as its completely pure and doesnt have any chemicals. But if i had to choose id get diamonds every time.

I do not and stil ldo not think shatter is natural, as it causing me to have an unpleasant and scary adverse reaction to the medication I was taking. Which is why I haven't done shatter in almost 4 years.

Shatter and rosin are smoked the same way, they seem to be about the same to me potency wise so really not much difference just cleaner.

Diamonds look like crystals kind of. they are usually higher in thc content and seem to have a better taste to me. I also believe diamonds are made from rosin? Not 100% sure. Anyone can feel free to correct me if im wrong.

The dispensaries ought to be ashamed of themselves. They sell such hard garbage SHIT. If I had the startup funds I'd make my own business growing and producing the finest herb products. And I'd put em all to shame.

Dispensary anything tastes like trash IMO. I hate the dispensaries with a burning passion. Ive never smoked weed so harsh from anywhere but wellness connection of maine. I stopped paying for dispensary weed when maine started their 50 and 60 an 8th crap and decided to grow my own. I never paid that though because med patients get it cheaper.

Dispensaries are hit or miss. I know I grow better herb than any dispensary I've ever tried, but I've had some really good flower from a few dispensaries before, for sure. As far as rosin goes, you gotta make sure it's live rosin and not live resin, as some dispensaries will often mislabel on their menus and use these interchangeably. Rosin is the only true, natural extraction product as far as I know (besides the traditional hash, cream, and charras). Uses heat and pressure, only, as opposed to freezing and solvents, like the resin and all the other budders, sugars, badders, what have you. It is a clean high, and very potent and tasty, however, I still don't think it captures the full profile as much as flower. All the different cultivars of rosin I've tried, while all being various strengths and flavors, seem to have all pretty similar highs to me. I've rarely seen any of them test with much CBD, even from Indica strains that I know should have more CBD in the flower, which I find peculiar. They also destroy my tolerance, so I prefer to rock the ganj and make a small amount of edibles and bubble hash for those days I just want to feel it. The "live" just indicates that it's taken from the fresh plant without any processing. I have a portable, electronic dab device that works pretty well with the concentrates and is the only way I really like to consume them.

Someone explain to me how rosin is any different than vaccum distillation. Just buy a vaporizer, grind bud up, put herb in vaporizer. Voila. No twice baked refried reheated leftovers bullshit for me. Heat it once, get really medicated and taste it like it's supposed to. I seriously doubt the burnt popcorn reheated vice grip weed is treating any diseases.

IMO, the only vaporizer worth purchasing is the one offered from Storz & Bickel, which depending on the model you opt for can run you between $500 - $900. I can get one of these presses and a 'cheaper' dab rig for less than the cost of one of those vaporizers.

A friend of mine has 'the mighty' its made by the same company that makes the volcano, it works amazing and never tastes like burnt popcorn, even with the poorest quality weed.

Yeah, I have a Volcano Classic. I use a little adapter, and smoke the balloons through a bong. Definitely worth the money imo.

Storz & Bickel. They're extremely expensive, vaporizing is arguably the healthiest way to 'smoke' herbs but there's an argument to be made for how much is 'wasted' when you consume.

Imo, vaporizing herbs is like following a vegan diet, whereas this 'rosin' method is kind of like following a beef jerky diet lol (I think). Both have their upsides and downsides. I was definitely going to purchase the Mighty+ when I had the coin, but now that I've been made aware of this press device (thanks THCFarmer!) I'm definitely reconsidering. Like I said, this thing is like the adult concept of an 'Easy Bake Oven'

Yeah, i didn't realize who made it until after i posted. I would definitely buy a press before a vaporizer. Just my opinion though
