BHO winterization purge question...

Quick question - is there any real negative as to how far you go with the initial BHO purge if you are then winterizing (in my case 2-3 times). I'm wondering from the standpoint of time as well as need. It may be a moot point when I eventually build/go with vacuum purging, but for now...
Opinions?

I like to purge just until the visible butane is gone before adding the alcohol. You can wait longer, but you are losing monoterpenes along with the heated butane purge.

I was thinking along similar lines and have already started a batch, after getting the butane down to the smallest of "whipped froth micro bubbles" and then adding my alcohol to redissolve. I just assumed that any remaining butane should purge along with the alcohol at the next stage.
