Hopefully not for me, I'm surrounded by water on three sides, so very little fire danger for me, but you never know what "block" you're in. Never had them turn it off for weather/fire issues, but have been subject to a coupe brownouts during peak power draw. Was in Vacaville/Davis earlier today and the wind was ripping, not so much at my house. Had to do an emergency vet visit this AM at 0500. Dog was in deep trouble, couldn't sit up, stand, or walk. Had to get my SIL to drive over and help me load the dog in the car, thought he might of had a stroke, could barely pick his head up. Turns out he's got "Old Dog vestibular disease", basically a really bad case of vertigo, so bad he couldn't stand or walk. Took him to UC Davis Vet hospital because we thought it might be nuerological, and the local emergency vet doesn't has the equipment. After acouple hours at the vet he was able to walk, and the vet said no stroke or tumor, and he should recover completely in a couple days, scared the crap out of me, I thought he was a goner!
