What city are you in, sambapati? I would like to google it and check out the area.
Pluak Dang (this means Red Termite) there is nothing here except it is the Detroit of SE Asia. Mazda/Ford, Suzuki, BMW, and all the sub suppliers. GM sold out this year to Chinese EV company and they are cranking out cars. We're 45 minutes to Pattaya where there is a lot to do. The good thing about this locale is it is cheap housing and on a pretty high hill, so flooding is extremely rare. Walk to the pool and walk to the grocery store/fresh market.....and now weed growing outside in the neighborhood. Those folks own a bakery so I'm guessing head cookies will soon be on the offer.

You are right, air hammer! I should! That will be a major regret in my life. Love the food, Love the people and their attitudes. Just not that adventurous anymore. My brother used to go down to Ensenada and rent a bungalow for a week on the shore of the ocean and just loved it. And despite all the bad press the California gets, once you get north of Sacramento things can get pretty remote and aren’t all that expensive. I have backpacked all over the Sierras, Trinity Alps, a lot of the smaller wilderness areas. But the old body and specifically the knees are worn out! L O L! I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Bagging 13,000 foot peaks, catching native golden trout way up in the headwaters of the Kern, hiking out in blizzards, Sheltering for a couple of days in howling downpours under a nylon tarp. With the same good buddies most of the time. Those are the memories of California let’s go to the grave with you. Not living in SoCal or the Bay Area or any of the populated places. You can go for the money, or you can go for the freedom and open spaces. It was a no-brainer for me. I love California! Just like you probably love where you’re at in Canada. And I don’t think I’ve ever met a Canadian that I haven’t gotten along with. They are good people also. And I can belt out, oh Canada, with the best of them! L O L! Take it easy.
" Just like you probably love where you’re at in Canada. And I don’t think I’ve ever met a Canadian that I haven’t gotten along with. They are good people "

.........nope......just got stuck here.........and I've met a whole lot of Canadian Assholes, assholery is everywhere north and south of the border, You just been lucky.......although we tend to show our good side in public we can throw the shit just as good as everyone else once we get riled up.

L O L! Yeah things aren’t that different no matter where you go. Human nature doesn’t respect borders. When I got diverted into AA 25 years ago I ran into a guy from Edmonton working down here in the states on a green card. Dual citizenship I think. But we became good friends due to our love of hockey. He always referred to Yanks as, arrogant Americans! The American announcers were, arrogant assholes! L O L! But the hockey night in Canada crew could do no wrong! And I have to agree with him. Americans are arrogant and I’ll add hypocritical to that also. We endured many a disappointing cup run from the sharks together!Canadians are very possessive about their national sport. L O L

I hear / read about the troubles of growing in your environment but I'd like to swap places for a while. We are supposed to get mid 70's weather this week but I'll believe it when I see it....Try drying in 100% humidity or growing large buds without molding when trying to dry....Where you need the cool down & rain we need the heat up & sunshine.....its fking July...

Man I read these post and realized how good I have it. I live in southeast Missouri and normally heat can range from 65 on a cool day to 100 on a hot day but normally it is about 80. Sometimes our humidity can run a little high but not as bad as yours. Only down side is we cannot grow outdoors yet. That I am aware of atleast. Anyways hopefully you can get your grows under control as far as your humidity goes I know that can be brutal

Hey @Cjthegreat , I too am in Mo. SW. We just had several hundred plus days here and enough humidity to drown a fly mid flight! Amazing since I’m in a mountainous area and you are in the flats. Just to bring you up to date, Missouri does allow outdoor grows.

So how are the services? Do the cops come when you need them? Does an ambulance come when you electrocute yourself hooking up your lights? Does the fire department come when you catch your tent on 🔥?

Ha Ha Ha....when someone tried to break into our house and then successfully broke into the house next door we called the local fuzz and their response was classic.

I asked my wife, what did they say? She said they said, "Take Care Yourself." They never came. There is no police activity on the road or anywhere else. There may be a fire department, no idea. Ambulances will come but they are most likely free lance pickup trucks and you must pay them. I ain't got no tent, they are for sultans only. We were on a call and our relatives asked my mom did she have a 'group' of people to play the recorder with....uh....not so much interest in baroque 18th century music hear. Sorry but big declivity 'tween the 1st and 3rd world...

Its not much different than the Ozarks! We do take care of the crime ourselves, and call the Sheriff afterwards. Living in one of the largest yet poorest counties in Mo. we only have the Sheriff and one Deputy. The U.S. forest service are our firefighters and we only have two ambulances that the druggies keep full from overdoses and pain pill seeking complaints.

Reminds me of visiting college friends in Perry Florida where they have a big paper plant that STINKS. I asked my friends and they said all they smelled was the $$$$$$$. We feel the same way about tourists and farmers been burning rice and sugar crops forever (see importance of biochar in my grow).

Justice for Pedro!!!! Don't let them shoot you off 📸📸📸

Yeah 👍 lots of American PD are hands off and your on your own these days 😆

The crazy part is that the same tactics were used against the Russian soldiers early in the war in Ukraine and was highly successful in the first months... Where in Burma they just murdered everyone on film

Best 👍 to know your neighborhood I suppose

Three Arkansas cops worked over a guy on the ground pretty good a day or two ago. They’ll be looking for work. Probably make good bouncers! Got a question their intelligence. Haven’t figured out that if someone has a phone camera on them at all times!

Cause it's been standard operating procedures for decades and they thought they had plausible deniability..... Not

It's still that way in many rural communities and some entire states... It's called homeless outreach

Victims & Lawsuits is the only thing that can end it

Put them out of work take pentions... and or put with the inmates.... Solved 🙂

Yeah they have to be held accountable. But I must be getting old. I kind of enjoy watching Thugs and criminals that I’ve been praying on innocent people for years get the crap beat out of them! The guy has about 15 serious charges against him and he’s out on bail. L O L

I caught that pummeling earlier tonight. ^^ Thats the second worst caught on tape cop on suspect beating I think I've seen.

I'm not condoning that massive beating that guy took from three cops but I believe in an eye for an eye tooth for tooth justice. Of course I don't know what that guy did or didn't do so I'm not at liberty to comment. Its up for the courts to decide. Where criminals often get off too lightly.
