Actually, looks like a good deal! But my neighbors chickens come down, and between them and the turkeys, they do a good job! I wonder how they taste? I can’t run fast enough to catch them! Can’t run period!😂

Is that your duck puddle chuck? Throw out eight deeks sit on a 5 gallon pail back in the weeds and blast away at them greeheads yummy halopeno duck poppers medium rare hell yeah. I used to guide in central Alberta for waterfowl it’s was in parkland county lots of puddles around pea fields and the had to drink beforehand it was so awesome getting to do what I did and lots of guys doubted that so many ducks would dive in such a small chunk of water usually had between four to five hunters with me and my lab Sam and shoot a limit of mallets in 30 minutes tops they always have a drink before and after they fill up on peas we did some field hunts as well for geese and ducks but ducks bailing into these well hidden spots of knee deep water was the best hunters came from Louisiana Texas Alabama to hunt with us and the hunting in Arkansas wasn’t as exciting as shooting puddles in Alberta I made guys giggle at some of the spots I would take the to saying ducks wouldn’t want to drink here but when 48 ducks hit the water in 20 minutes they would shake there heads and say it was too fast of a hunt awww but can we go there again lmao but now I have a better spot hunt tomorrow with 8 hunters 64 ducks in 30 minutes fast gunning I was thankful to earn their trust and respect I’ll never forget them either we had mostly repeat customers I would do this for 4 straight weeks for my girls college tuition’s pay wasn’t that great but the clients left very heafty tips and I made great friendships over the years. And the x wife sure liked the extra cash I sure miss my friends

Awesome, rooke! Thanks for sharing that! I’ve never hunted Waterfowl! And never even tasted duck, or goose! Wild or domestic! L O L! Waterfowl hunters are probably the most avid Bunch that there is! It’s almost a generational thing! If you’re born in to a waterfowling Family, you will be a waterfowler all your life and so will your kids! Bet you spent many a cold morning just before sun up Getting set up! It’s considered one of the coldest things you can get into! It is truly a big family! And lifelong friendships are the rule! And, like you said, if you put them on the birds, they are not shy about showing their gratitude! I bet they look forward to that hunt every year! Get a few ducks at my place! But I think it is an overnighter most of the time! But seem to get a mating pair of mallards every year! I guess they don’t all go to Canada! But they are skittish! You don’t get a good look at them! Better go take a look and see what seven or 8000 gallons looks like! Didn’t burn the pump up! Ha ha! Once again, thanks for the story! Much respect, brother!

Last nights deposit! And speaking of the devil, jumped 6 ducks that were in that little puddle when I went up! I think they were coots! Didn’t get a good look at them they were gone in a flash! Ha ha Video that I uploaded won’t even play without buffering! I guess Nick is exonerated! Video was from June 2 of 23.

Yeah, hold a lot of water! But unless it’s an exceptionally dry year, it usually fills and spills! Pretty decent watershed, filling it! I’ll bet Sam was a joy to behold! I’ll give it seven or eight more tonight! See if we can Attract a few duckies!🦆

Tiny bed side fans!😂 my wife isn’t there yet but ill bet if we are still located here itll just be a really expensive power bill for a few months!😂
