Blue Gelato seedling issue with dark spots on second leaves

Hello,

This is the first time that I have grown blue gelato and i have 3 seedlings growing. Two look to be doing great, but the last one I germinated has darkness on the second set of leaves and I'm not sure what it is. I was wondering if any one has seen this before and could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
