Just out of curiosity, what strain was it again that you had that 4/28 germination rate? I know I saw that somewhere a while back, but I can't remember offhand what hybrid that was...

It was the ATF cross. I forget which one now.......

He recommended samurai and carpe diem when I asked him which lines were good for yield as well as quality. Those are the 2 I want!

Okay, okay, since nobody's posted any weed porn in a minute, here you go. I know it ain't fat-ass buds or anything, but it's been like three pages with no pics haha. Sorry for the shitty quality, took it with my phone 30 minutes before lights off. I swear and promise and cross my fingers and everything else, I will find my girl's digital camera today and take better pics ASAP. Meaning, like, tonight. Or maybe tomorrow. Or maybe by February.

Just kidding. ASAP, promise.

Second one from the left in the back row is the Goldstar #2. I fucking LOVE that one. Can't really see the purple/eggplant hues due to the sorry-ass pic quality, but it's there for sure. Just a gorgeous plant all-around. First one on the right in the second row up front is the only remaining Clusterfunk. Love that one, too. Shit, man, I love them all hahaha!!! All of the plants that look lighter-green are the Apollos. So impressed with those. Just thriving.

Anyway, yeah, I felt like it was time for a pic to be posted on this thread haha. There's issues in the tent (I know I sound like a broken record), but I think they still look pretty good. I'm happy, anyway.

Gotta love living in SoCal (or California in general)(and yes, that last comment was directed at you @happy b haha! Get yer ass out here).

Also, that first one on the left in the second row from the front is one of the Prayer Towers. They're doing really really well. I don't know why I'm not obsessing over them the way I am the others, but you can see how vigorous they are. If Im not mistaken (sorry, been moving them around a lot, even though I said I wouldn't), the one on the very right in the front row is also one of the Prayer Towers. Again, thriving, despite the shitty conditions.

I should've mentioned, too, that I got the Goldstars and the Prayer Towers over a year ago and stored them in one of those containers that you get eighths in from dispensaries. Just threw the seed packs into those containers with a little organic brown rice and kept them in the back of one of my chest-of-drawers that I put, like, my jeans and t-shirts in and shit. No refrigeration or anything. The Apollos and the Clusterfunks I got in late April/early May (maybe, can't remember exactly when, but it was at least six months ago) and stored them the same way. No refrigerator or freezer and 100% germ rates.

I bought all these plastic test tube things and keep meaning to fill them with rice and put the seed packs in them and then into the fridge, but for some reason I haven't yet. Maybe I'll do that today haha. Either way, yeah, 20 out of 20 germed from seeds that were stored in less than ideal conditions.

I dunno what my problem is haha. I seem to have a "condition" that makes me wanna do things the opposite way you're "supposed" to do things.... Whatever. It's working so far. And that's the way I kind of have lived my life, too, and it works for me: whatever the majority of people are doing, I do the opposite. Without even thinking about it.

Shrugging my shoulders right now haha.

Hey man if your gettin 100% germ rates after storing em for a year in the cupboard why change to the fridge?unless your gonna start collecting and keeping seeds for a long period of time.

Yep. As OCD as I can be at times, I really do have a "the less you worry, the less you have to worry about" attitude.

Except when it comes to this grow haha. You of all people should know that hahaha!!!

CF#1 is definitely auto-flowering. I put it out in the backyard after taking that AMAZING laundry room shot this morning haha, it's stretching like crazy (noticed the stretch two nights ago, actually). I topped it like a week or ten days ago (along with all of the other plants) and it's developed four tops instead of two. Not that that has anything to do with the auto-flowering, just something I noticed and thought was pretty cool. I'll kill it soon, but I kinda wanna see what it does in the next day or two. You know, for research purposes and all....

Re: collecting seeds etc: I have about twenty strains, a dozen+ of Bodhi's, so I really should throw them in the fridge. And I will at some point, I just haven't yet. But considering the fact that I've spent like $1500 on these packs, I really ought to.

I will, I will.... Haha. At some point.

No, I juuuuuuust put it outside, like pretty much right before I typed that. It's been throwing tons of male flowers and stretching for the last five or six days now. Even when it was in the tent. That picture with the balls showing was taken right after I removed it from the tent.

Ahh gotcha.is it a male? Sometimes males will throw some pollen in veg.if im lookin at males to make beans with males that throw early pollen are ruled out.

I'm after some education on the bodhi seed line. If you had to pick one to grow which would it be? And why? I cannot decide which to grow based on the blurb of the seed vendors. Not a lot of info on the strain guides either. Any info would be appreciated. Tia

Ah yes sorry forgot that bit. Indoors in a large tent under 600w hps. I'm organic potting mix grower.

Sky lotus is a great OG dominate strain from BOdhi. SSDD is a fanatic all around great strain, and good for beginners. Goji Og creates some A grade herb, yet it's a little harder to grow. Clusterfunk is popular if you like the chems. The blueberry hash plant I have heard great things, with solid yields and ease to grow. Disco biscut is a good GSC cross.

Bodhi doesn't mess around, so whatever you select will be a good representation of the seed strain.

Thank you Bulldog. I'm a bit scared of the OG's in case I mess the extra calcium up. But I gotta grow one at some point haven't I. Clusterfunk....I like the sound of that one. I do love the Chem but my fave smoke us AK 47. Any like that?

I don't think bodhi has an ak47 cross, but the SSDD, or Sun Shine Day Dream would be a great fit as far as similiar growth. The high might be different, but SSDD is chem dominate, and you mentioned you like the sound of Clusterfunk. Maybe SSDD is a good fit for you......Anybody else have some input?
