Apparently there are 2 Chemdog cuts; the "skunk va" and the "joe brand". From what I gather he thought it was the skunk va; but someone in the know looked at it and said no. Either way; I guarantee both are fire and probably so closely related, it doesn't matter....

Ummmm.... Lemme think... I started 12/12 on December 26, switched to 11/13 after two weeks, soooo.... what? January 11? Somewhere around there. Chopped on Monday of last week (February 22), so 58 days? And honestly, I think I took it too long.

I should mention that I flipped from 16/8 to 14/10 for two weeks before I flipped to 12/12, so that may have made some difference in how long (or little) they took to finish. Probably switched to 11/13 too quickly, as well. I really feel like all of the plants could've benefited from a longer period of 12/12.

I should also mention that those last four plants got fried up during the drying process a few days ago. Room got too hot and humid during the drying process while I was at work (fucking SFV weather....), so I won't be able to tell you how that particular GStar smokes. And I won't be able to tell y'all how the two Prayer Towers and the Clusterfunk smoke either. I did harvest another GS earlier and its curing right now. Smells really good, very greazy, looks bomb. Those are the nugs that I posted, the earlier GS. But yeah, didn't want to mention it, just cuz it's such a fucking bummer, but those plants are gone. Six months down the drain.

Doesn't matter, I'm popping more Bodhi this week. I'm thinking maybe SSDD and Dreambeaver, although for some reason, I reeeealllyyyy wanna pop a half-dozen of The Fuzz.

I'll let you know how the earlier Goldstar that I'm curing smokes when it's ready. I will say that both of them reeked of pine/menthol and undertones of chocolate. Like a Peppermint Patty, for real.

I should also mention that the Apollo 11 f4s taste GREAT. And that's from the "Larf Jar" of the Apollos. The real nugs are still curing. But I blazed a fat bowl of the larf last night and my mouth was tingling. Like, literally tingling. Total sour cheese pineapple flavor, very very up high and happy but not racy for an hour or so. Pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. I kind of crashed out after about an hour and a half, but I think that's due to the fact that I was tired after working all day, had a few drinks and ate some Chinese leftovers, too haha. Really good weed, though. Can't wait to blaze the "real" nugs after a long cure.

@motz Are you asking because you're growing the GStars now? I'd love to see some pics if you are. Both of them yielded really well, super-bummed I didn't get to see how the bigger of my two GStars dried and cured, cuz I bet it would've been pretty, uh, satisfactory haha. Totally get how B says that they're a great outdoor plants. I found myself wondering that very thing: how would these do outdoors? Epic yields, I think.

But that's just me.... Haha!

It does sound good huh!! Seems Noone has grown it like wtf? Apalachian crossed to the mass clone only skunk seems pretty damn solid!

im running some cherry pie x 88ghash atm but theyr not from bodhi and i think thats gonna make all the difference.

just coz its not the real Chemdog 91 doesnt mean its a shit plant.if it made it into bodhis collection it will still be a good chem wether its the real skunk va or not.thats all it is.one came from skunk va and his is the confirmed cut.thats all it is.

Im just giving my nepali og x goji f3 keeper its second run.put a few cuts in of it.im going to give the one i thought was 2nd best another run just to be sure.i,ll post some pics wen theyr starting to bud up.

Heres a couple of pics of my cherry pie x 88g13hp.its not bodhis its from cabin fever.
This one didnt have much cherry pue to it.just a wee bit in the background.still nice though not wat im after.
this is it at chop with the big fans removed.it threw a few nanners on the lowers and the nugs that had nanners were seeded.thetes the occassional seed in the tops but nothing that makes any difference.

Yeah, I know. That's why I put quotes around the word fake. You saw the pics. I don't give a fuck what male or female was used, that shit looked BOMB. Too bad it got fried up whilst drying.

Yeah, it looked good, didn't it? The thing that surprised me was that the little bit of "early flowers" that I smoked quick-dried really knocked me out. Serious couch-lock, narcotic-type stone. Not what I was expecting at all. But as far as yields are concerned, yeah, there's SERIOUS potential there.

I mean, if yields are what you're after...

I'm not after yields, so I couldn't care less, but yeah, the Appalachian-leaning pheno was the biggest plant in the tent by a wide margin.
