This question is for BOG himself what strain do you have that would be good for a new grower like myself that grows good in South Eastern Michigan climate has a good yield and high-quality and something sour

I got one more question how many seeds are in each pack?

10-12 seeds a pack

The first page of this thred goes over all his strains but I am sure he will recomend

Bogglegum is an old strain of mine that just last year won the 2011 SF High Times Med Cup, best indica! It has always been my easiest strain to grow so I recommend it for beginner growers and for outdoor growers who have mold or cold problems. Bogglegum is a NL5 crossed with my Bubblegum and its very hardy, fast, mold resistant, large yielding with many branches and many smaller colas. It has a bubblegum taste with a slightly mentholated tinge from the NL5. That's the antifreeze in it. I highly recommend everyone try this for outdoors.

Interesting read...

I remember one of my first purchases was Grape Punch & BOG Medley around 03'. Buddy of mine is sending me
some Sour Bubble beans for Spring thing. Lots of nice pics/test results to back up the bark!

SourPower,

Bogglgum is a great choice but for early finishers and great flavors you might consider Blue Kush (BMR x SB) or Sour Strawberry. Neither yields big but they are delicious.

BMR has been finished successfully outdoors in Central Michigan. Sweet and sour Cindy would also yield well like BMR and Bogglegum or lifesaver which is nearly out of stock.

We have currently been sending packs of eleven but the first set of seeds sent to Logic were ten packs. Most of these are gone and we kept the price the same when we snuck in the extra free seed. :)

We think it's a small bonus we should give in return for our appreciation of Logic and his reliable service. I am happy to say that I can guarantee that you will get my seeds. Not just that they will perform adequately.

We deliver. :)

My wife choose sour strawberry for what she wanted based on the description and picture and I've been taking a liking to blue kush and bmr as well I don't really care if a plant has monster yields i would much rather have the taste and the potency. I don't live in central Michigan I live further east a few miles from Lake Erie I live in the country so I got some space to work with stuff plus I like to grow all organic and the natural spring water irrigation system I got set up is awesome I pump it to the top of the hill into the reservoir add nutrients then from the reservoir it gravity feeds down hill to all my plants it's a great set up that is low maintenance and has worked great for me for years with my romulan and super silver haze set up

Those blue choices are good ones because the BMR yields big and has a fine blueberry type product with great bag appeal and the blue kush finishes faster with incredibly tasty and potent buds but less yield.

They will do fine from the sound of your experienced routine. :)

I have grown for 9 yrs but I'm new to cloning and yet to clone successfully but I have a lot more info on cloning than I did last year so I am hoping to have some success with it this year and where are you going to post the announcement about the new drop is it going to be a new thread or an old one

Which is more mold resistant BMR or blue Kush because mold seems to be a problem in the climate that I live in around October

Both are resistant but Blue Kush finishes faster making mold problems even less likely but yields are better with BMR and even though it takes longer to finish it seems more mold resistant like Bogglegum.

...if you post up a link to your thread i'd be happy to stop in and see if i can't offer some assistance with your cloning troubles, i'm familiar with a few styles so the method you choose should fit your other methods and it's a topic better discussed in your thread rather than jacking this thread.

...btw BOG, i haven't had a decent bubblgum flavored bud in maybe 20 years so i'm really looking hard at your genetics, ...you have more than a few that sound very tasty and potent which are my main deciding factors so i expect i'll be ordering more than just the bubblegum, lol.

peace, bozo

Not trying to jack BOGs thread and I got some info from some other growers that have been cloning for 20 some years and I've watched some videos on cloning so I think I got all the info I need now but I appreciate the offer

Anyone that has ordered from THCbay can you PM me I have some questions about the ordering process

...i placed an order during the charity auction benefiting joeschmoe back a few years ago and i remember being a little uncomfortable sending cash but my order arrived very quickly and the customer service was better than i expected.

...personally, i've since grown to prefer sending cash figuring so long as i do my due diligence and only trade with legitimate sellers i got a better than 80% chance of getting what i ordered and even if i only find 1 keeper for every 10 seedpacks i buy i figure it was well worth it, i already have a few keepers i've been flowering for several years now so at roughly $80.00 a pack per flavor, that's not so big a risk for the possible return.

peace, bozo

Yea I'll spend $80 for the possible lbs in return

Just ordered from attitude and got some white widow and white rhino coming I'm going to order super lemon haze also But I have a question for BOG which way should I cross the white widow or white rhino with the super lemon haze to reduce the flowering time of the super lemon haze but also keep the flavor and potency of the super lemon haze? After I get my hybrid from that I would like to cross that hybrid with your BMR

The flowering time for the super lemon haze to get a really good lemon flavor is 11 to 12 weeks my goal is to get it around 9 to 10 weeks because of the climate I live in 11 to 12 weeks is not possible please give me all of the advice that you have it will be greatly appreciated

Some quick pics I took today at day 42ish... This SLS pheno will be done in a couple weeks... My SLS #2, some serious OG sort of stank:

Here's Sour Strawberry #2 (I think), the only other pheno aside from the next shown (#5) that is putting off a strawberry aroma. This one is more of a strawberry funk. Or strawfunk. Or funkberry perhaps? Strawberryfunkstank. There we go. Either way, I dig it. More indica and less branchy that the rest.

And here is Sour Strawberry #5, which smells of pure strawberry, and quite strong at that. High hopes for this girl...

Not seeing any color among the Sour Strawberry ladies, but that's okay. As they further progress and near the finish line, I'll get more pics of the rest of the SSK phenos as well as some more Sour Lifesaver, my Sour Bubble queen, and another Sour Bubble pheno I'm testing, from the original selection run.

Go BOG... Rah rah rah!

;)

Breeding can be done many ways but if you want to reduce the flowering time of the lemon haze use a lemon haze male on a faster female of the other strain. Normally more characteristics come down from the mom than the dad but this won't always hold true due to the dominant characteristics of some strains.

Another problem might be that th finished product flowers faster but is more like the mom strain. For this reason your mom may need to be the lemon haze. All breeding is a crap shoot where you may know all the numbers on the dice but you never know how they will combine for a total. Good luck!

Myco, things are getting interesting now...good job brother! ;). Bog

Thanks for the advice BOG I greatly appreciate it and I guess I will try crossbreeding every which way until I find something that works for my climate and something that I like
