Also are you saturating that pot now when you do water? If not it will make for a pretty concentrated nutrients

just wait a week or so, she just went through stress, let her grow, looks like you won’t have to, very tight, gonna be lots of branches by the look of it. it may grow to be stunted if you don’t leave her alone for a bit..

I may not even LST and just leave her be. Like you said looks like there’s some good side growth going on.

once it kicks in to full veg mode she’ll be a beauty..
just keep us posted before doing anything.
you’ll be surprised once the buds have dried and ready, of how much you have!
less bad stress during a grow will produce the nicest buds.

My tent is only 5ft tall I don’t know if I have room to make the light 3ft above the plant. Unless I can find a way to mount the light flush with the top bar.

I had to do that exact same thing. My lights are 1in. From the ceiling of tent. Aloha. P.S. I'm having the same problems, and piggybacking of this thread. Mahaloz everone for the tips and education.

Light meter apps are useless; In order to accurately measure yould would need hardware meters.

A lot better than nothing and far from useless. Rather have an idea than be completely blind.

Just my opinion

Sure, point taken. I 've never used a light meter because. From experience and knowing the specs of the lights I know how high/ low the light shoul be through out the growing stages. I start at about 30-36 inches and in weekly increments work my way down to the final setting of about 16 inches. Just saying.

I agree reading the plants is best but new growers generally need a place to start. And I would say a light app is far more accurate than light distance.

We’ve got some droopy leaves on the sad one and and yellowing starting at the bottom on the healthy one. By weight, feels like tomorrow should be water day. I’m going to switch to tap water to try and get the plant some Cal. Any other reason it could be yellowing?

I see @Aquaman asked Thursday if you saturated the pot? Doesnt look like it to me. It needs to be watered to runoff the roots may be trying to grow into dry hot nutrients.

And scratch up the surface before watering and cover the sides where the dirt is pulling away from the pot.

This will help the water penetrate more evenly.

Hope this helps

Yea I’ll be sure to saturate the pot good. I’ve been trying to let them dry out as much as possible before watering them. Been having some issues. Tomorrow is watering day. Thanks for the advice on scratching the surface! Yellowing not a problem you don’t think?

Hopefully a proper wet dry cycle will work things out.

Watering day: switched to tap water this time to give them some Cal. Got a shower head for my hose do they got saturated good. Hoping to be able to feed nutes after this week if they start looking better. If not, water only it is!
