One of the Amnesia White. Only 2 out of 8 are normal, the rest is similar to this one. Considered just ditching them but started noticing some improvement, well, growth at least. Roots are healthy too. I hope I'll get enough to pollinate multiple plants including the 2 normal ones and then if I get these weirdos in next gen select heavily against them.

I'll be able to harvest some seeds from the Swan (P-F2-22) crossed with Late Night soon. Some of the seeds are huge, and shaped almost like sunflower seeds. Within a week or two I'll also be able to harvest some of the next Late Night generation, of the candy pheno. Probably going to add a couple of both in small bottles again.

So, next flower run is going to be 10x P-F3 line 19, and 8 x AW, and 2x Late Night and 2x the PxLate Night cross. Going to clone the P-F3 plants and if I find a great female keep it to pollinate with an AW from a later gen down the road (or a replacement if necessary...).

Hi Hii and thanks. Good post on the synth vs organic nutes. Touchy subject... :)

A normal Amnesia White:

Another weirdo:

New growth is looking better on all of them. Still not sure why they had such a rough start, on the right on the one above it looks like something ate a piece (I think it just damaged early on) very curious to see their offspring later this year.

Had some hope the new leaves would turn out normal so I could blame it on some fluke circumstances during germination.... Going to give them a few more days before I'm going to complain at sensi...

The two normal ones:

One of my P-F3, line 19, seedlings, all ten very much alike and at same stage.

At least you got some sprouted and growing. I tried to pop 13 Sensi's out of a indoor mix of 25 and only have 2 growing. Never had such bad germination rate. And I'd ditch those runts stealing place, lights and food.

And those slimey mofos costed me a bunch of plants.

That's horrible... I don't mind paying for seeds but finding good plants in a 10-pack is hard enough already when they all pop, which is the least they should do (90+% anyway).

So would I normally, and they are probably not going to get the space in my flower closet as planned (under T8 now which I got on anyway). I'm just curious to see if and how they end up normal, as well as whether it's genetic or not. As horrible as they look, I think some if not most will turn into regular plants. The latest set of leaves on some are normal, 5-bladed for third set.

Trimmed the messed up parts.

The one in post #445 is pretty bad though...

Dug one out of the ground carefully and it had several new roots of roughly 7" long. Had a good mix of sunny yet partly cloudy and rainy weather so I had good hopes.

Harvesting seeds from this yellow trich and round bud Late Night pheno:

Should be getting my macro extension tube (cheap alternative to macro lens) in the mail any day now so expect sharper shots soon :)

Just a quick update on the Amnesia White. I put 4 of them, normal by now, in large pots and are under the 400w mh now, looking good. Got 3 more that I will put in larger pots tonight, including these two, which were the worst:

That last one was a tri for a moment, but only two new leaves.

One is a proper weirdo, leaves still a mess and already started alternating. Going to keep it a bit longer just to see how it develops but minus this one I got 7 left.

The late night seeds are of typical size. The others are much like the P-F1.

What Up Breeder man ! ! !
Been a Min and I see you have been at it big time.
I failed a bit on my 1st dusting of pollen where as The spider mite infestation caused me issues and took the vigor out of my Prego-nated plants.
I dusted at day 17 and 23 days later I am just starting to see the sacs bulge with baby seed start podings,
I your oppinion Cuz I trust in you will the Mite stress and the spray treatments I had to endure the plants stress the beanz too much what ya think Sati Man ?

Diggin on the Amnesia White, But you know I am still a sucker for the P-f3 swan and miss seeing your sugar coated Sativa Honeys.......

Tough one... I think it won't mess with the genetics so any plants you may get from the seeds should be fine. They may not be the most vital seeds though, and you do need to be able to keep the plant alive long enough to let the seeds mature longer (not like the ones in the pic, although the two on the bottom left might work). So in short, I don't think it will affect the seeds 'directly', but indirectly perhaps if the plant is in really bad shape and can't complete the cycle.

I popped some of the P-F3 (line 19) as back up sort of, the 9 on the right in the back. The 8 in the front in large pots are the Amnesia Haze.

The 6 on the left in the back is CHxCH x CHxCH, the quad x tri, from the same generation I popped for that timelapse attempt.

Note the angle of the divergent leaf (though the first was slightly off already).

Note the next node:

Only 1 out of 6 so far but it looks like it will be tri at third set. Would be great if I can find another, but cloning it in case it turns out to be come a great tri-whorled female to backcross to.

Almost back on track :)

Table salt is the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the slug. Then I remembered how they used to curl up and die a horrible dead. :hungover: So instead, I took an eye for an eye and dug up the tastiest looking plant near the slug and brought it home.

It's not in the best shape but perked up quite a bit already. Cleaned up a lot of leaves that were partly damaged or slimed. Just need to get soil with less nutes, apparently a bit hot for it. It has spiral phyllotaxy and a purple spot in the center of each leaf. Don't know what it is yet, but it's mine. :)

The plant I took home looks really good after two days in my closet. It's even starting to create some sort of infloresence :D

The CHxCH x CHxCH seedling that looked like it could become tri whorled turns out to be regular with one leaf missing it's middle finger... considered that a possibility so it's all good. In hindsight, it would be unusual soon. I have good hopes some of these 6 will whorl, but I'm going to pop more. More of the 'fastest' and of the 'fattest' tri females x quad male from the CHxCH run in which I found most whorlers (see January this year in this journal, from the same generation as the purple black ones). Going to set up a separate temporary 400w closet for a round of whorl hunting.

P-F3 line 19:

I can clearly tell now mine are more frosty (and furry) than the AW.

The different shade of green compared to my dark P is also obvious.

Hey, on a side note, remember that growshop law I brought up a few times... 3 cases from growshop owners who's stuff got raided and confiscated ruled by judge this week, cops have to give everything back and even pay a shop owner. We all had good hopes the judges (who rule in favor of growers and shops seemingly more often than not) would not go along with the ridiculous law. Which essentially says facilitating large illegal cannabis grows is illegal... and not what the cops made of it, that filters, fans, light, nutrients, soil, tents, meters etc.etc. are illegal and by default sold for illegal cannabis grows.
