Fuckin' a, man. That's the goal.
Just pay your own electricity bill straight legit, don't complicate it by having to find an owner that would allow that kinda modification. Finding an owner to allow that use is tough enough already. Make sure you situate yourself to be compliant with AUMA / MMRA guideline down the line.I'm more concerned about LE knocking on my grow. Any advice?
Any specialised attorney who could help me start my grow?
That sounds pretty cool, I just had to turn down a job offer the other day. The money wasn't what you're describing but it was about the same as my 9-5, and I was stoked to get the offer. I told them to call me back when they could pay me with a paper check, nobodys gonna give me a mortgage with under the table income.
If you're an environmental science major, I would think that even non-cannabis farming entities could have a place for you given our new groundwater act, which I've learned more about through aquaponic sources than cannabis (hope that makes sense).
Have you done any research at all? Are you aware that the current medical cannabis Market in California is about to be in upheaval?
Lol right. I'm about to go drop off resumes at these mega grows I speak of. I just heard about a mediocre grower getting picked up by a big corporate op. And he is getting 12k/ month. Sounds bs to me, but some people are real good talkers
Discouraging but thanks for all the replies. I guess the biggest problem is the Cali saturated market. If the free market doesn't welcome you, no reason to suffer the legal hurdle.
My idea was to only grow. Not to build dispensaries (stay away from spotlight/feds).
To find a warehouse, there's specialised realties. Certainly at a premium but not prohibitive.
Missing the deadline (prop 64) means game over for my legality in Cali.
Again, thanks for the replies!
