Can anyone identify this leaf issue?

Hi all,

I have a white widow auto at around week 6/11. I noticed today some of the leaves around the newly forming buds starting to twist and deform.

Can anyone identify what this issue is?

I'm a new grower (third attempt right now). I am growing with DWC, Advanced Nutrients, great white mycorrhizae.

Whole plant pics, but you need to list a lot of information everything you can think of medium nutrients Etc but most importantly what you did recently cuz something changed that you fed it or sprayed on it do you use neem or sulfur

Nutrients - Advanced Nutrients 3 part (Grow / Micro / Bloom). Following the feeding chart for week 6. I used Great White Micorrhiae in the first few weeks for root development.

18/6 lighting with a Mars Hydro ts1000.

No real changes. I topped up the solution two days ago so thinking I might flush them for a few days?

Hey man I'm no pro but I believe clawing leaves can be caused by wind burn, cold temps, PH issues, and nitrogen toxicity. I also run Advanced Nutrients and have learned through experience to feed way below the recommended doses. I had a bunch of issues with my girls until finally flushing and feeding at a much lower dose than specified. Now they're thriving. Make sure your temps and humidity are good, they're not getting blasted with fans, and check your PH and PPM. That's how I'd approach it. Look at the whole picture and narrow it down from there.

That is clearly nute burn.

Yes flush and start with a lower dose.

What's your ppm?? What method you growing dwc??

I’ve been using advanced this grow and their nutrient calculator is really heavy. I usually mix 2 gallons at the amounts they call for and then Cut it with straight RO in my reservoir til I hit the ppm I’m shooting for. Keep 1/2 gallon of the mixed stuff to top off and increase ppms as needed. I’m week 3 in flowering and probably running close to half what they call for and my girls are loving it.

Definitely too much N....flush soil with 350ppm water/nutes. Check runoff ph & ppm. Should be soil 6.5

Def those strong ass advanced nutes....flush with a flushing solution or very very mild solution (1/8 strength of AN base nutes)...mild nute flush (or flushing solution) removes more salt from medium than water alone.

True...ive got limited strain experience (relatively speaking) but ive never grown any strain that didnt burn when AN was applied at recommended doses. That being said its good stuff, a lil pricey and too many additives but good stuff.

The one pic shows 86% humidity in their, the raptor claw leafs might be from to high humidity for the tempt

Lookn good....a reliable ppm meter trumps any feeding schedule...or maybe i should say is a great companion to any feeding schedule.

Hey all, and a missive thanks for the advice so far. Here is a root pic. The second pic show quite how crazy that great white is as the roots seems to be rising to the surface too!

I have been flush for a few days now and there is a definite improvement. Still some 'claw' like shade leaves, but the worrying sweat leaves in the buds seem to be back to normal.

I'm gonna add some nuts again today, but will keep it low.

Yeah man, I'm also wondering about this. I am struggling with humidity. I use LEDs so relatively low heat in the tent, but the humidity still races up, especially as they grow. I try to leave the flap of the tent open to reduce it.

It's also winter here so lower overall temperature.
